Cuda's Restaurant, Bar and Pizza — Restaurant in Illinois

I was so excited for dinner. My friend and I ordered the bbq pork mac and cheese. I took a few bites and noticed an odd taste. I was having a hard time figuring out what was wrong with it. I finally smelled it, and the smell was of soured milk. We smelled hers as well and the same thing. I brought it back to the waitress, and she made an awful face when she smelled it, too. She instructed me to bring it to the cook. He just looked at me and said ok. I will replace it. He acted like he knew it was bad. They did take the 2 dinners off the bill, with NO apologies. The bar manager came over when we were leaving. (With some prompting by another guest) She came over and was very confrontational. Instead of saying she was sorry we had a bad experience. she basically was blaming us for the horrible food. If it had been handled in a professional way, I would not have written this. With some of the best food in the Chain-o-Lakes, Cuda's is one of the cleanest bars in the area. Great entertainment all week long from the DJ and Pool, to the live bands and bingo there's always something to do. Food was AMAZING! HIGHLY recommend thier individual pizza and the mozzarella sticks are a must. However, I went to see a friends band play and the bartenders were the worst! It took me over 45 minutes to get a drink because the bartenders were too busy arguing behind the bar with each other to service thier guests. There was three on duty with two of them we thought were going to start a fight behind the bar! Please ladies, let's act like adults and...
