Godfather's Pizza Express — Restaurant in Illinois

I live in Crown Point, IN and didn't realize until I hit submit that it was the Channahon, IL location (over an hour away) that was selected for my order. I immediately called the Channahon store. Karina was amazing, over the top professional and understanding. She redirected me to her manger. Karina must have placed the phone down and I could hear the male manager negatively discussing me. Stating to the manager on the phone..."this lady is blowing up my phone. If she can't afford $12 then she shouldn't be ordering pizza." His conversation continued on with him verbalizing how annoyed he was that I was requesting a refund on my $29.15 order. Eventually he came to the phone at which time I advised him that I could hear him negatively discussing me. All I was trying to do was what any other consumer would do in my situation. Which was to receive a refund for goods that I did not and would not receive. I politely made him aware that unfortunately I overheard him. When I asked for his name because I WILL BE REPORTING this to the corporate office he hung up on me. My family orders from Godfather's regularly. I'm just glad it's not from this location. I ordered a veggie pizza unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience especially considering the $27 price. The pizza was extremely soggy, and the crust was completely stuck to the box. When I tried to pick up a slice, it fell apart and was nearly impossible to eat, as shown in the attached photo. I’m not sure what went wrong in the preparation, but the quality was far below expectations. If I could rate this experience zero stars, I would.
