I was noticed when I got there, but the waitress said give her a minute to clean the booth as we wanted. She came back and told me & my 2 children to seat ourselves. Good thing my daughter saw where she was washing booth at. We had to squeeze through people to sit down it was so tight. My son preferred eating outside, but we stayed inside. Food and drinks looked good. My daughter had butterfly shrimp plate, but she said the chips & shrimp were fried too hard. My son had the Turkey club plate & he enjoyed his especially the fries. I had 1/2 order spareribs plate, and my ribs just was missing moisture besides BBQ on top & potato salad had not all the way potato pieces throughout it, love the baked beans. I will try any place once, and we all agreed that was it. It would be good after drinking to just grab something & go or just drop in to eat spot, but it's not like family eating...

Stopped here with family while visiting. It was clearly a popular spot with locals but we found it wasn’t anything out of the ordinary. All the tables were reserved so our party had to sit at a massive table right by the slot machines where we could barely hear each other. The menu was random and eclectic, ranging from Mexican food to sandwiches. We ordered the artichoke dip, a sandwich, and a steak. Artichoke dip would have been better with spinach or at least more artichoke as it seemed like just a blanket of melted cheese. My husband said his sandwich wasn’t good and the meat on it was chewy. He did say the onion rings were nice and crispy. My steak however, was the best I think I’ve ever had. I was definitely surprised by how flavorful it was and my potato had all the fixings. We ended up sharing my plate haha. If we were to come back we would scrap everything and just get...

Midland is a local favorite for many and, for a couple reasons, it's obvious why. First and foremost, the portions are very generous. Dinners come with two sides that will be enough to satisfy even the largest appetites. Secondly, Midland is also very generous with their mixed drinks and margaitas. Unfortunately, the food is average at best. I've eaten at Midland a couple of times ordering burgers, Mexican, and their catfish (which came highly recommended ) and, unfortunately, the food is fairly bland. Without many signature items, the menu comes off very generic as a mix of fast food and pub food. I will say that staff is always friendly, attentive, and helpful. If looking for a place to get drinks and relax on the patio (with food as an afterthought), I would highly recommend Midland. If, however, you're looking for unique cuisine and flavorful dishes, you may desire to...

09/01/23 This was our fourth attempt to get a chance to try their food. Other times we rode over there only to discover they were closed. This time we called before heading down there. We had heard they had very good food. I decided on the Shrimp PO Boy. Needless to say I was very disappointed. There were very few, very small pieces of over cooked, rubbery, dry shrimp. The bun was also dry. The sauce on the sandwich tasted very good. The french fries were perfect. I also had a salad (not pictured) as a side with an upcharge of course, it was very good. Their sweet tea was delicious. Our service was excellent. We are definitely willing to give them another try. We understand that things happen sometimes. Not like it was an all out bad experience.

I’ve been traveling around the country for 10 years for my work and I have been to many restaurants in many different states. I am awarding Midland Inn as offering the worst steak in the entire country!! The prime rib on prime rib night was absolutely horrible. Shrimps skewers, ribeye, and french fries people in our party ordered all came out cold. Waitress didn’t bother to notice no one was eating their food. I would be embarrassed to own a restaurant putting out such horrible food. Who ever is in the kitchen is either incompetent or just doesn’t care. For that reason I wouldn’t trust any of the food.

Nice atmosphere but you can see it hasn't been cleaned thoroughly in a long time. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and grime on the walls.. Things like this just make me wonder what the kitchen looks like. Our server and service was good. My son loved his catfish dinner but my daughter and I got the chicken burrito meal and it was horrible. We sent our meals back and got cheeseburgers instead and they were pretty good, but they didnt offer fries until we asked. (Our burrito meal came with Beans and rice which we didn't eat so we kinda expected fries with the burgers for the price.).
