New China Cuisine — Restaurant in Illinois

What a mess. Put in an online order They call me while I'm working, don't deliver I call them from my office phone, they refuse to deliver until I call them on my cell, I tell them I can't for another 20 minutes Says "Guess we're not making this order" and HANG UP ON ME. I call back on my cell when I can, they put up a fuss because the number didn't show up on the caller ID "because just anyone can put in an online order" Says my card hasn't been charged, I can see the charge pending already Food never showed

EDIT: According to the response, in order to put in a delivery order for these jokers, you have to answer your phone immediately after putting in an online order and NOT have a private number on caller ID, not to mention put up with their INCREDIBLY rude staff who don't even know they've charged your card. They didn't even call me to tell me they weren't delivering. I have a feeling these scammers won't be in...

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! We have ordered from this restaurant many times and the food has always been top notch except for this time. The fried rice with my meal and my husband's shrimp fried rice tasted like old leftover and had a old grease taste, it was clumpy and starchy. The beef in my beef and broccoli was not tender like it usually is and the egg rolls were very greasy. The only thing that tasted good was the crab ragoons. Not sure what is going on because the food has always been excellent. This will definitely make me think twice before ordering again. And it's a shame because we really liked this place and have never had such substandard food like this from...

I had never heard of this restaurant and saw it on doordash... ordered it before reading all the negative reviews. (a Chinese restaurant that delivers 5 miles away? I was excited).

I never received a call from them, doordash tracks your delivery for you so i knew exactly where my driver was at all times.
