Food: I had the philly cheesesteak, my partner had the student burger. The cheesesteak was massive, loads of filling. It wasn't overly salty/greasy like most places and the same can be said for the burger. It was nicely sized with fresh veggies and the Student Sauce is your standard tasty burger sauce. The fries were great texturally, nice a crispy, but a little lacking in season. Nothing some ketchup or other sauce can't fix.

Service: Staff was quick and friendly. A lot of the initial reviews I saw here were about slow service, however we went around lunch time with 3 people in line before us. They had there orders taken in about a minute, and everyone had their food within 10. This isn't a heavily optimized chain fast food restaurant so this seems very fast to me. I've generally waited longer at a Five Guy's than I did here.

Atmosphere: We dined in and you can definitely tell it used to be a White Castle as it still uses the furniture, however it very much feels like other hole in the wall burger/gyro places. Enough decor to get the job done, but not somewhere you take someone on a first date. Staff plays music in the kitchen, however there is nothing playing in the lobby so if you are dining in, it can be a bit awkward with the silence.

My husband and I were excited to try this new burger joint out for dinner. We ordered the onion rings, gyro student burger, philly steaks, strawberry/lychee fruit smoothie with strawberry poppings, and a mango/passionfruit fruit smoothie with tapioca. The food was brought out at different times and to our disappointment the order was messed up. The mango smoothie had pearl poppings instead of tapioca so we gave it back, hoping we would get a new one. They added the tapioca without removing the pearls so we asked them to fix the order again but they just removed the poppings and left the tapioca. We were also given a regular student burger instead of a gyro, but we left it as they were already busy. The cheese on the burger and in the philly was not properly melted and the patty was undercooked. Taste wise, the bubble tea and food were decent. Making tweaks like fully cooking the meat and melting the cheese can really help. The workers seemed to be getting into an argument with each other in the back, to the point where we could hear what was going. This looks bad on the restaurant, as people were already walking out and other customers were complaining of incorrect orders.
