Crazy buffet — Restaurant in Immokalee

Read the reviews and figured I would try it to see for myself. I was surprised how good the food was. Fresh, flavorful, nothing like a lot of the reviews were saying. The food is definitely not the problem. Now onto the issues.

Whereas most restaurants are beautiful but have sucky food this one has taken a different approach. The food does not match the condition that this restaurant is kept. The floors were filthy for being 12 pm on a Friday. The seats have needed reupholstered for the better part of a decade. The cups had a weird film on them that came off with my nail. I didn't even drink anything. Definitely need to invest in the restaurant.

To say the atmosphere was off is an understatement. I felt like asking who died but even a funeral home has music playing and more chatter than this place. Have you seen those westerns where everyone stops what they are doing to watch somebody enter the bar? That but worse. The host couldn't be bothered to greet me when I entered just a simple wave. The server only asked what I wanted to drink. No greeting or fair well. Nobody checked in. It was almost like the only two other tables in the place were scared to make any noise. Creepy.

They have a great opportunity to be amazing as the only buffet for miles but it seems they can't be bothered. If you don't like what you are doing then do something else....

Horrible service. They tried to add a tip without my knowledgement. When I asked about it the owner stated it was because customers refuses to leave a tip so they are automatically add $1 per customer. (I wonder why)If the service was worth it then maybe people would leave a tip. They are usually on their phones watching videos or playing games and doesn't attend to their customers. I was charges $92 for 2 adults and 3 kids. I've spent less at Golden Coral. They stated that the cost of drinks alone is 2.75 with no chance of refills unless it's water or tea. And they both taste horrible. The tea tastes old, stale and moldy. . The food was cold and dry. I calculated what she claims to charge me and showed her that it was well under what she claimed it was. Almost $15 dollars less. Then claims that my 13 year old 8 year old and 12 year old were too tall and were charged as adults. She only gave me $5 that she...

Only crazy thing about Crazy Buffet is the price? $13.99 for 28 lukewarm buffet items is insane. Guess most of it was left over from lunch? . Most of the food was lukewarm at best. Zero service at table, not even " can I refill your drink?". Sampled just about everything . Very unimpressed by anything. Just stacked up plate after plate after plate. 5 plates stacked, I was building a leaning tower of garbage. Was going to try some ice cream, how can you screw up ice cream? 1 flavor, vanilla period! Few dried out slices of watermelon, no thanks!! Front lady was too busy watching Tiktok makeup videos on her phone to be bothered. Go next door to Wendy's for better food, definitely better service. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Hopefully I don't get food poisoning from the things I did...
