Through these uncertain times I have utilized Grub Hub for this Subway. Now I normally do not go to this subway because it is not close to my home but it was the one that was open.
I have had 2 terrible experiences with this location. 1st time I ordered for my son and I. The order that was dropped off at our house was completely wrong. I contacted Grub Hub and right away they let me know that I should try and contact Subway. So I go ahead and contact to Subway or I should say tried too. I called that location 12 TIMES. Each time it would just ring, ring and ring then just hang up on me. On the 13th TIME someone answered I informed them what I received and they BLAMED it on the Grub Hub driver! Does the grub hub driver go back there and put the sandwiches together? NO! Does he hand himself the food that was just prepared? NO! She then told me that I can drive up there and get it myself. Which I didn't think was right but I did it anyways.
Now today I ordered from here again (my own fault). I ordered my sandwich at 11:02am. I got a text at 11:20am saying it would be here by 11:50 - 12pm. AWESOME then a text at 11:48am saying 12:20 - 12:30pm. Okay no big deal. My Grub Hub driver then text me at 12:31pm saying waiting for the restaurant to complete the order. Then another text at 12:16pm for 12:45 - 12:55. Just thinking okay it is a little delayed no biggie. Then I received a text at 12:34pm saying my order is on its way and will be here between 12:45pm to 12:55pm. Then at 12:44pm receive a text saying my Grub Hub order was canceled. What did I do? I called the Subway - 7743 Sashabaw RD not once or twice but EIGHT (8) times before someone answered.
She answered in a very unprofessional and rude way. Now at this point I am starving. (I worked through my lunch because I figured I could eat while working.) so I get upset and I said Hi I am calling regarding my Grub Hub order. Now before I could say anything else she barked at me saying "Our Grub Hub isnt working". Now I wont lie I was not nice. I barked back. First of all you dont answer the phone when its ringing, then you answer in an unprofessional manner, and then proceed to bark at a paying customer?
You will no longer be receiving my business and I will be sure to inform to my mom who works right down the street from here, coworkers, friends, friends of friends and family about these terrible...
   Read moreI don’t usually do reviews, or if I do they aren’t as long as this; but Since moving I have quickly become a regular at this subway and met most, if not all of the staff. Today Justin and Alayna were there. They don’t waste a beat with greeting you. They both are very professional and made the food with care, asking if what toppings they put on was enough. They are also funny and friendly, making a great duo during lunch rush. Last time I was in I noticed the music wasn’t working, Justin had taken it upon himself to fix it (you don’t notice how much of an impact something makes until it’s gone!) so the fix was much appreciated!
Elliot is wonderful as well, very friendly and professional. They manage things very well like online orders while dealing with in store customers! They are very patient with complicated customers and orders as well!
Naomi, I believe, is the newest member of the team and the first time I went in there she was working for the first time alone and has already improved wonderfully! She’s so sweet and is doing an amazing job with learning everything!

I started to give my order and he rudely interrupted me and told me that 5 subs was considered a catering order and needed 24 hours in advance to prepare. I then went out of my way to another subway whom happily made my food without any complications. I also found out that 5 subs is not considered a catering order.
