Casey's — Restaurant in Independence

The WORST Casey's I've EVER been to!

First, they had NO Food in the Chilled Section but they had Plenty of Hot Food out and being Cooked Underneath 2 Sweaty Dudes Running SUPER Loud & Annoying Equipment above the Uncovered Food for Sale" Not Only Disrupting ALL of their Customers, but Possibly Contaminating their Food.

Then we get up to the Counter Attempting to Check out and Not only Could we Barley Hear the Guy thanks to the Renovations but we could Barely Understand the guy, he wasn't speaking Clearly, his words were slurred and muffled ... Not sure if he's got a Speech impediment or just High- either way y'all need to have people we can actually understand working at the Counter.

Not to mention the Fact that the 2 Dudes sweating in the food were literally Staring at Customers,talking about them in a Foreign language making people uncomfortable...

That WHOLE"Store" needs a Reality check and a DEEP Clean- don't forget to throw out...

I spent about $900 on fuel. Got a "free" $8 shower. Problems horrible water pressure, hair in sink. Toilet paper in shower, no place to set anything.near sink. Only soap was dispenser 5 feet from shower, one towel , no mat. Nice walking on public shower floor. Nice facility if!!!They should require every manager take a shower here after not having a shower for 4 days and and pay for it.adding to review. Took 30 min to fuel pump running so slow. Showered in handicap shower this time. Wand still leaking no pressure. It's not like they didn't know the shower problem. No reply from. Them on last review. Still no place to hook or set thing in shower room. Socks to have to put shaving bag o. Floor. Low flow sink also. Took 5 minutes to get hot water t o sink and shower. Cmon. Just fix these issues. Had about 6-8 people walk out of the store today due to slow service. Had two people in the kitchen, asked one if they could help upfront quick to get the line moving, and he actually sounded excited to help! Jumped up to the register, the other cashier stated "you can't do that! That register is locked until 1st shift comes on." Well Casey's south, tried saving ya money! After that statement is when some people dropped what they had and left, others may or may not have put it back and left, and a few people who were walking in at the time turned around and...
