For such a casual take-out place, the General Tso's chicken was surprisingly good. The chicken itself was better than what I've gotten at many, many other Chinese places. The brown rice was good and fluffy and complemented the saucy, crunchy chicken very well. But the egg rolls were flavorless, only partially helped by copious amounts of sauce. I ate-in and waited about 15 minutes, which seemed fair given that there were several other parties waiting for their take out. There's very little seating but it seems like almost every one gets food to take out here. All in all, this is a good place to get take out if you're hungering for some classic Chinese food in a styrofoam box.

Had their shrimp Lo mein. All I can say is you get more than you bargained for. Very delicious and yummy. I will definitely be going bk to try the rest of their menu. Sorry for the pic but I was hungry lol so much food in the container that I was barely able to be closed. So don't be fooled by the location.

Hole in the wall kind of place. Usually jusy a woman and her kid running the place. Great crabraggons here. Food is pretty good but it's not cheap but nobody has cheap good oriental food anymore. Not much room to sit down. Easy to see and get in and out of.

I absolutely LOVE(d) the spring rolls and spicy rice noodles here. Unfortunately, that is the only thing here that is (was) good. The chicken was rubber, the 2 times we tried it, then simply never ordered anything with chicken again, but the spicy rice noodles and spring rolls have always been awesome…until tonight.

Not sure who did the cooking but it was awful. It doesn’t taste anything like it usually does. Instead of spicy rice noodles, we got rice noodles with some funky brown sauce on it. Blech! I don’t know what is going on here, but I will not be back. 😞

I drive an hour to come here each and every time. They always say it will be ready in 15 min, but it NEVER is. It ALWAYS takes 30-45…minimum. I have always been understanding about this, but tonight was the last straw for me.

I always just assumed the slow service was because they are so busy. I usually just tried to not show up for 30 min instead of 15, so that my wait might be less. But it doesn’t seem to matter how long I wait to come, I end up waiting another 15 -30 min or more. Once, my wait was an hour and a half…and that is in addition to the 30 min I waited to go pick it up. This time, I found out why, or at least one reason why call in orders take so long.

As I walked in, a man was placing an order for himself and his daughter. There was another gentleman (for a call in order) between us. He and his daughter had their food in 10-15 min, while the other call in order and myself were still left waiting for orders we had placed 30 min ago.

They obviously cook dine in orders as they get them, while waiting until call in customers arrive before even starting them…and STILL won’t start them until they are done with the dine in folks. So, obviously, calling in your order ahead of time does not do any good.

The owner doesn’t understand English very well and always gets my order wrong. She never understands what I am saying and the phone usually ends up getting snatched away from her. She should NEVER take orders. The only time it has ever been accurate is when the daughter is there to manage things.

Also, You should be just as respectful of your call in customers and their time as you are of dine in customers, (especially those of us driving so far).

Btw, my wait time AFTER arriving was 20 minutes ,longer than the dine in customer had to wait from start to finish for his order. My total weight time from the time I called it in 40 minutes not counting my hour drive time. Yes I left very...

Wish i could put zero stars. They are extremely rude. Went through drive thru never had this place before. Ordered orange chicken , paid for it drove into a parking spot to try the food and I didn’t like it. So I pulled around in the drive thru explained to her on the speaker that I just wanted my money back. So I pulled up to the window and she immediately starts yelling “why did you order it if you don’t want it?” So I told her I never had this place and I assumed it would taste like normal Chinese food to me but it didn’t. Not trying to insult but I’m pregnant so my taste buds are a little off. She proceeds To call me stupid and crazy and yells that her manager doesn’t come back until 5 that I need to come back then. I told her I don’t have time to come by later so I asked if she could call the manager to help us out and she said no and slammed the window in my face and went to help the customer in the lobby. So I waited in the drive for her to come back. She then got on the phone with assuming it was the manager because she opened the window and asked for my debit card and the food so I gave her both. She then did the refund and gave me my card. So as I’m putting away my card and starting my car up because I had been sitting there long , she opens the window and screams at me get out of here! I have customers! I told her I was putting away my card and starting my car up and I asked her to stop yelling at me. She reached as if she wanted throw something at me but thought better and said you black people I don’t like you go away, I’m calling the police. I was shocked and and confused but I pulled off. Never going back there again. Racist, unprofessional, disrespectful, rude and bad tempered. Telling my family and friends to not go there you guys can go at...

I just spoke to the restaurant and the young man called me a liar and justified his actions by stating, “I deal with customers everyday like you who call back and complain they are not happy with the food. In this case it’s you (stero typing me and judging me) that’s complaining you’re not happy. This is sad that one does not listen to their customer individually and research what they are stating! This young man basically calls me a liar about how many shrimps was in each order of the two. One combination had only 1 shrimp was suppose to be spicy and was not. The other combination had only 2 shrimps. Regardless if you trust your employees or not why don’t you oversee their work if several persons are expressing their concerns. Grow up and take it constructively instead of personal. THIS METHOD BUILDS CUSTOMERS LOYALTY to continue to support one another. Both parties involved should be satisfied. I never said I want my money back, a replacement order, or nothing that would create a loss for the company nor a benefit to me. All I stated was, “I want to share my experience with the food I purchased”. Throughout the whole conversation all I did was address him as sir. Show some respect when you talk to your elder especially a woman. Lack of manners calling her a guy. Do you call your mother a guy? Something to think about. I’m old enough to be your grandmother. Lastly, food proportions were huge, temperature was hot, taste not flavorful. Customer service- lacks integrity. Blessings to you and yours. I pray nothing but God’s blessings with continued...
