Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Independence

Dined in. Pre ordered a taco pizza. When we got there they brought the pizza. Informed me they did not have hot sauce. I asked to speak to the manager after our waitress didn't offer to do anything about not having the sauce. We had told her it was a big deal to us. She stated she knew they didn't have the sauce when the order went in.(who even eats taco pizza without hot sauce) He wouldn't see me. I asked for a different pizza and was told no. I still payed for the pizza and tipped. Spent the entire time I was out with my family trying to have dinner negotiating for basically nothing. Took my pizza home to eat with my own hot sauce. The outside trash was over flowing onto the ground. There was plenty of staff. They were not busy. Total flop on Devin, the manager of the store who was there the whole time. The guy who wouldn't even speak to me, when I was up and away from my family I worked hard to take out to dinner so I could talk to him. They gave me a twenty percent...

Went in after a long hard day of working with the family. There are 2 groups eating in the dining area. There are about 4 kids working on silverware in the corner. Therer area about 5 or 6 people working in the back. Delivery drivers coming and going some. We sit down. Get some drinks. 10 minutes later the waitress in nowhere to be found. Still probably no less than 10 people working and now only 1 other seated table. Needless to say we walked out. Horrible service. No adult in charge or managing anyone. Total chaos. I ordered contactless delivery with a good tip because I have Covid, and I desperately needed a way to get some Dr. Pepper, and my car battery died. So I figured Pizza Hut would save the day, right? WRONG! I paid for 4 Dr. Peppers, 20oz, and some pointless cheese sticks I won't eat to make the delivery minimum, and I got ONE. The rest were all DIET Dr. Pepper. It could not have been more important to me, and something that only took a second of their time to verify. Just laziness that ruined my next two days stuck in quarantine. Boo, Independence Pizza...
