I've had issues with this store before but figured I'd give them another chance, but never again. Stay away from this Subway! Easily, the worst subway I've ever attempted to dine. I hate giving bad reviews, but if I don't then I'd feel bad that others recieve this horrible service.
Tried ordering online, but many of the foods and breads available at all other stores are not available for Online ordering at this store for some reason. Strange, but all good I'll just call.
I call them up on the phone only to find out it's not possible to pre-order over the phone.
After getting the order from the family I'm off to his Subway. I walk in and met with an individual that took their sweet ole time getting up out of the chair. Really, it literally took the guy more than 2 minutes to get out of the chair after watching me come in. Ok...whatever I guess .
I order a Smokey Steak signature Wrap, but they didn't have the mesquite sauce therefore no sandwich.. Employee says well we can still do steak and I explained it's no longer the signature sandwich without the Guac or mesquite sauce. He acts as if he doesn't understand.
I ask for my other 3 sandwichs which was 2-turkeys on Italian bread and 1 Spicy on Honey. I learn that they've ran out of Italian Bread. Yeah, the most basic bread they don't have about 2 to 3 hours before closing time. At this point I'm really aggravated.
I conceded and change the bread to something they do have, but while dressing my sandwich with veggies I realize the tomatoes. They were more yellow/orange/pinkish and not good at all.
After all these issues I'm finally ready to pay and the man has no clue how to use the electronic app for payment. I try to explain that it's possible to pay through the app and it works and at some point he realizes and payment went through.
The guy was extremely hard to understand. He attempted to tell me the reasoning behind not being able to order the honey oat bread online, but I still don't have a clue of what he said.
Really, how many problems is a place like this able to have before being shut down. This service is just ridiculous. I can tell that management doesn't care about their customers. They are just trying to squeeze whatever profits they can out of their initial investment and using the Subway Brand to do it. ...
Read moreThis is a franchise. The owners and there family members work in the store. I Remember how Subway used to be years ago and Subway the brand has changed allot. There quality has diminished. I had not had Subway for a while but when I came here the owners where from another country which is not a problem but with there broken English and there poor attitude they came across as very rude. Customer service with a friendly face should be a priority when your dealing with customers because if it's not for us you do not have a business. Okay moving on to quality. The quality of food was poor. What I mean by that is that the veggies and the meats did not come off as fresh. The bread was cold and old. The price of Subway has gone up and quality has gone down but this place is selling leftovers. Furthermore. This store alone also skimmped me on toppings. I asked for pickles they gave me three pickle slices on a footlong. And so on and so forth with every topping. My sandwich was half as thick as it should of been. I paid the high price and got basically bread.. needless to say I have not ever gone back. I do not recommend the Subway anyone going here. Read moreThis location is listed as a participating partner but they’re not if you order a promo through the app it will apply to your order take your money and cancel the whole transaction and the store will never receive it. I told the owner about the issue and he showed me an order he placed that worked when he added the promo it took his money too. Three other people had the issue while I was in the store the owner basically said it was not his problem and he can’t lose money because it not working. He suggested that I figure dinner out another way and report the transaction after the transaction officially posts. I explained what happened for 20 minutes as he and his wife over talked me and denied my claims even with providing screenshots. I was charged twice no food no money I’ll take this loss but I’ll never eat subway again there’s better options.
