I had to come back! The first time I stopped by, they were closed, so I made it a point to return and support this Black-owned business—and I’m so glad I did!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Mr. Burner, whose energy was absolutely amazing. Turns out, he and his wife were celebrating their anniversary, which made the atmosphere even more special. The vibes were exactly what I was hoping for—warm, welcoming, and full of that classic local bar energy, with all the regulars adding to the charm.

My server, Aja, was super personable and made sure I was taken care of. The food? On point. But my strawberry margarita? Let’s just say it was more strawberry syrup and ice than anything else. Poor Brandon really tried! Thankfully, the DJ must’ve noticed my reaction because, next thing I knew, he sent over a shot to make up for it—now that’s customer service!

Overall, this place left a great impression. If you’re looking to support a Black-owned business with a welcoming vibe and good food, COME THRU! Great job to the team—I’ll definitely be back!!

Finally, I got time to wing by here and try the food out. This was my 1st time here, but it won't be my last. The rockfish bites for an appetizer were delicious. Seasoned well and cooked, right not greasey at all. I wanted to try the rockfish dinner, but they ran out of rockfish. It's a popular dish. I got the steak and cheese,fries, and onion rings. She got the rasta pasta and bread sticks. Both we're good. The onion rungs were fresh and made with real onions. The pasta sauce was a little thick but was still good. The drinks were good and not too strong. Big tvs all over to watch sports. Nice clean place with friendly staff. I would give the restaurant food 9 out of 10 the place it's self 10 out of 10. If you are looking for a chill environment spot with great food, bomb drinks, superior customer service, great vibes, catch a championship game or simply enjoy the atmosphere, then Burners Bar & Grill is where you want to go. We just left the spot and had a blast. They cater events, parties and bashes. They even have a second floor for extra mingling and entertaining. Karaoke on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
