We love Arby's. There sandwiches are so much better and healthier than a burger and fries and so delicious. The associates are friendly and courteous and knowledgeable and happy to assist you with your questions and concerns and taking your order so you can have a great eating experience. The restaurants are always neat and clean and they have great decor for an enjoyable dining experience. There is plenty of free parking, they also have a drive thru and there's wheelchair accessible parking and wheelchair accessible entrance and dining and restrooms. There's a wide variety of items on the menu to choose from and everything we have ordered has been delicious and very satisfying. Their roast beef and also their turkey sandwiches are my favorite for lunch or dinner or anytime. We highly recommend Arby's and if you haven't tried them yet you need to get there and check them out and I know that you'll be glad you did and you'll be a satisfied customer. This is making me hungry so I'm going to go to Arby's and get something filling and delicious and...
Read moreCold food. Bad Service. Niki (who I presume was "in charge") went outside to smoke with a man even though there was a line in drive thru and several customers inside waiting for food. Tyler, in the kitchen, was busy chatting with another male coworker and not making any food even though he was in clear view of customers. There was NO food in these fryers my entire visit. There was ONE customer that the workers gave there undivided attention to, she was petite and wearing a long sleeved blue shirt, I assumed she works at the Pilot, next door. When Niki finally returned from smoking, she hung her coat and proceeded to start handing out food WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. After quite a wait, I got my food. SURPRISE...the fries and mozzarella sticks are cold and cant be eaten! $30 for dinner and over half...
Read moreArby's has become prohibitively expensive. All the while the quality has suffered. It's a shame...the chain was sort of our "go-to" for fast food because everyone could usually find something to eat there at a price commiserate with the quantity and quality.
That is no longer true. Sandwiches are slapped together without care for distribution of meat, cheese, condiments, etc. Quantities of same are inconsistent from order to order, sometimes even within the same order. If I order 4 of the same beef & cheddar, I expect all four of us to get roughly the same amount of meat, cheese & Arby's sauce. Nope! One will be swimming in sauce, another missing half the beef, another with barely a drop of cheese, etc.
About the only positive I can say anymore is that at least their potato triangles are...
