If tonight's visit would have been my first to a Barnaby's, I would not go back. The cashier could not stop for 5 seconds to tell us to go ahead and sit anywhere. Finally after a few minutes I noticed a sign on the wall telling us that's what we should do. Then the menu where you check off once you want isn't easy to use unless you want what's already on the menu. We wanted two pizzas that were put together differently than the options listed so we were scribbling and writing down items by hand rather than simply having a checklist of items for each Pizza which would have been much easier. Then you take your list to the cashier and pay for it to place your order. Then if you want something to drink you go to the bar and place yet another order and pay for it there. If the pizza was something special it might be worth the hassle but Pizza I had had virtually no sauce on it and was quite dry. No idea if the sodas we had were free refills or not- info wasn't posted, and the person who went to order our drinks didn't think to ask. The two glasses of wine are group ordered had a nice amount and that's probably the best thing I can say about...

Went today for lunch with my family. It wasn't busy so we got in quick and was told to sit ourselves wherever we wanted. As you sit down, to order you have sheets of paper on the table that you fill out what you want. Then, YOU have to go up to the cashier and give them your order. Then, YOU have to go up to the bar and get your drinks. Then, YOU have to basically do everything else such as:getting your plates, your silverware, and your food when they call your number. Basically, you're not really paying for service at all. However, food was good. Pizza and breadsticks were yummy. Warning, your salad will come in a very large stainless steel mixing bowl. I wish I took a picture but I didn't. It was a decent salad but the salad bar was basically empty and wasn't refilled so I didn't really get many toppings. Oh and then a worker there said we had to pay first because the server said he got yelled at for not having us pay first...weird. Would I go back to that location...

The online ordering feature will allow you to order and take your money, but the store will have no idea you ordered. They will happily take your $4 online ordering fee even though the order didn't go through. They will then hastily throw your food together while you wait resulting in some undercooked, poorly made food. While waiting, I watched employees handle money and other items and then proceed to do kitchen work without washing their hands first. If the online ordering feature doesn't function correctly, it should be disabled. The food was poor in comparison to the South Bend store. Would probably be comparable to the Mishawaka store if the order was not done so hastily. What if we didn't have the time to wait? Would this store be able to refund our payment since it was taken by the...

I stopped in to get a steak sandwich to go. I ordered and went to wait at the bar. While to place is decent people were nice atmosphere was chill. It took almost 30 minutes to get a sandwich and fries to go. Someone who works there finally had to go to the kitchen to find my order. I figured out why. The steak sandwich was burnt, I mean charcoal burnt. Fries were decent. I called to let them know, and to give them a chance to make it right. They apologized and said that if I didn't want to come back they would mail me a gift certificate for a new sandwich. Which they did a few weeks later.

First time here and we will not be returning. We ordered a deep dish for dine-in and 1 thin to go. Our thin was to be done at 5:45 so we had time to eat the DD. Our thin came out at 5:10!!! They offered to pit it under the heat lamp for an hour??? This is definately going to dry out the crust. Our DD came out burnt. When asked how everything was, I told "Junior" we would not be retuning. Then when leaving, hostess was brushing her long dark hair at the counter. I grew up in our family restaurant and these are all red flags.

Couldn't find a chair that didn't wobble. We couldn't fit in the booth. But kids loved their little pizza and we didn't taste or see much sausage or pepperoni had to eat deep dish with a spoon because all the sauce , had to put dishes on separate table because they just walked by kinda hard passing and not seeing a stack of plates from salad but for the price we paid it's to be expected to get poor service sadly, we won't be returning Honestly idk what all the hype was about on Facebook
