Hardee's — Restaurant in Indiana

Gas station portion is great, the Hardee's however has very poor service and rude staff. The wait is usually long even if there's no other cars in the drive through. Last visit I had they got my order wrong after waiting about 10 minutes to get it, when I brought it up to their attention that my order was wrong the employee that went up to the window implied I took food out from the bag before giving it back to them. They finally had me pull forward so they could remake my order, they bring it out after another 15 minutes and it's the correct order but it was missing fries. I go inside and let the same employee know, who goes and talks to the manager. I can see them talking and they talk for a few minutes before the manager comes to talk to me. I tell her I just want my money back since they can't get the order right and I had been waiting for well over 20 minutes. The manager looks through the bags and again tries to imply I took food out of the bag before bringing it back, I then tell her to go search my car for said food if she wants. She then tells me she just wants to make sure she's getting all the facts which of course wasn't the case. Finally got my money back and left after wasting over 30 minutes just for people to imply I'm trying to steal some food. I've had some pleasant experiences in the drive through prior to this by it's probably only when certain employees are there. It's a shame poor service has to ruin the only...

It's been about 10 years since I've been to a Hardee's. I ordered the mushroom and Swiss combo and my husband ordered the bacon cheeseburger to eat inside. It wasn't nearly as good as I remembered it to be. The employees didn't smile or greet us. I had a bit of reservation when there was a gentleman standing at the counter who asked the employee to please hand him his ham and cheese sandwich which had been sitting under the heat lamp for several minutes. We ordered and got our little plastic number/flag, filled our drinks and found a table. I then went to the restroom and when I came back to the table to sit down I noticed our "baskets" sitting under the heat lamp. I knew they were ours since we were the only customers inside at that point. The employees were more focused on filling drive through orders than bringing the food to the patrons inside. The girl who took our order made eye contact with me three times and still the food wasn't brought out. As my husband stood up to go ask for our food she began putting it on the tray to bring it to us. She brought it out and apologized for the wait and said that she'd given us each an apple pie. While it was appreciated that she threw in the free dessert, I would have much rather had our food while it was hot and fresh. The employee that was bagging drive through orders continuously coughed over the food she was placing into bags without any attempt to cover her mouth....

So I went in to get food with a friend. Ordered the blt chicken combo. My friend ordered the Allstar plain. I needed to wait for fresh chicken. Yes ma'am no problems there. Sweet fresh chicken fresh fries this is going to be great. Totally worth the extra 8 to 10 min wait. My friends order came. He started eating. The next guys came. Then the next then the next ect. 20 minutes later hey how much longer of a wait am I looking at? "Uhhh... no idea someone bumped it." So while you were hooping and hollering about not planning on drinking and that the lady is working with 3 pervs and how everyone was making fun of whom ever, my friend had eaten his entire meal. This was my 2nd time I've ever been to any Hardee's and it has turned me away from their food for quite some time. I hope these employees aren't getting paid over 10...
