I have ordered from this location about 10 times since it opened. When the store manager is around, the food is good. When the store manager isn't around, your order has about 50% chance of being wrong. Then when your order is messed up, the customer service is pretty awful. They have no concern for your issues and are generally reluctant to replace your food. What pushed me to write this review was this evening, my order was wrong. Drove back up there to have it replaced. I was told they couldn't replace my wings, even though I now had to wait 15+ minutes for two new pizzas and they would obviously be cold. After I got the replacement pizzas, I got home and one was wrong again. (I know, my fault for not checking). So I called the store to let them know I was upset, the cashier that answered listened for about 1 min, then told me to have a nice evening and hung up on me. Probably won't do business here again. This isn’t the first time I’ve came in for carry out and it be 20-30 min after my designated pickup time before any of my food is ready. However, tonight there was an issue with their fryer. I wasn’t told anything. Just overheard the workers discussing it. I finally had enough of the waiting/zero communication and asked for my order without my boneless wings. In occasions like this, speak to your guests about the delay or even offer a substitution. I left with no offer of a refund or substitution after I stated I just wanted the rest of my order. Also, I have noticed the ones preparing food do not wear gloves. She can certainly handle a store, but can't manage people correctly. There's two type of people in this world when your a manager. A leader, who teaches you and try's to help you succeed in your profession. (Which managers so be like) And those who let you know who's the boss. That's the general manager.
