Single handedly the worse restaurant experience I have had. The single employee barely spoke English. I tried to order the #18 BLM. When it got to the sauce she attempted to place vinegar on it. I said I wanted the MVP Parmesan Vinegrette sauce, the employee could not comprehend what I was asking for. I had to have her raise every sauce bottle until I found it. When I asked for the new Doritos nachos that they have posted everywhere and on the front door, she said she did not want to make it so I would not be having those. I took one of those mini adverts they have on the tables and questioned why I would not be having their top product of the moment. She said she doesnât want to make it. The whole experience she was rolling her eyes and she insulted me several times. They were out of cookies and she refused to make more. And to top it off, the pepsi was out of syrup. All of the pepsiâs were out of syrup. I just took a pepsi bottle and left the half full quarter pepsi water drink with the five other cups people paid for. Unacceptable. Rude employee who insulted me to my face. Worst restaurant experience and they managed to screw up the sandwiches in a restaurant where you can watch the employees make your order. If I canât make it through to the owner or a competent manager I am placing a chargeback on the payment I made through the credit card company. Go to another subway. You canât try the new Subway products they are...
Read moreMy recent visit to Subway was a letdown from the start. The exterior ordering screen wasn't working, which was annoying since I was hoping to use it. Once inside, I was looking forward to trying the hot honey pepperoni sub, but the experience quickly went downhill. The employee, who was working alone, seemed confused about my order, even though she confirmed they had the hot honey sauce.
To make matters worse, when I asked for red onions, I was told they were out, which is pretty unacceptable in my book. Any well-managed fast food place should have backups ready to go. But the real kicker was when she put honey mustard on my sandwich instead of the hot honey sauce I asked for. It's frustrating when you're expecting a specific flavor and get something completely different. Adding to the disappointment, the employee openly sneezed while preparing my sandwich, without covering her mouth or nose, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. While the sandwich wasn't terrible, it wasn't what I wanted at all, and the lack of attention to detail, menu knowledge, basic hygiene, and broken equipment made the whole experience incredibly...
Read moreI tried to buy a gift card. The employee said that he didnât know how to sell a gift card and there wasnât a manager there or anyone else that knew how.
When ordering, I tried to order an item that was up on the menu only to be told that the item had been discontinued. I then asked if they could make the Subway Club as a wrap, the only difference would have been using tortilla bread instead of white bread. They said no. You literally ask people what bread they want when they order. After that, I decided to just get the #22 (Nacho Chicken sub.) The employee then asked what I wanted on the sandwich so I kindly said âwhatever comes on the #22.â She then proceeded to put lettuce and tomatoes on it, even though those are not listed as veggies that come on the #22. I pointed out that lettuce and tomato donât come on the #22 and the employee just responded âyes they do.â Thatâs weird because I ordered a #22 from this location only a few weeks ago and the worker that time DIDNâT put lettuce and tomatoes on it when I asked them to just put the #22 stuff on it. I used to eat here all the time but itâs just...
