Taco Bell — Restaurant in Indiana

The customer service was horrible. To start when we went to pay at the drive thru window the girl dropped our card onto the ground. When we got out of the car to get it we tried to hand it to her again she almost dropped it for a second time because she wasnt paying attention. Then when the food came out the guy basically threw it into his hands almost causing my husband to drop it. We had asked for lots of sauce and we looked and there were 4 total packs and we ordered a party pack, 2 cheesy roll ups and 2 beefy crunch burritos. I'm not sure how many people can eat all that with 4 damn packs of sauce. The workers need to pay attention to the customers and not horsing around. Truckers are treated like second class citizens at this location. Paper signs tell truck drivers to wait in line on foot. Waited 10 to 12 minutes in line when I got to the window I was told they needed to serve the people behind me first.Truck drivers don't have the time to sit and wait and then be told the wait longer. Called the manager and she offered me free food. I don't have time to turn my truck around and wait. I told her I will pay for my own food. I just expect the business to honor their signs. I don't think I'd feel comfortable getting food knowing that they knew I was complaining. I honestly can't say I won't be back,I can say it won't be anytime soon. Placed online pick up order for 7:30pm. Got there at 7:45pm, Son. Waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge he was there.
