Very disappointing visit this time. Went in for a birthday party for 2 hours and 3 bays. Service was absolutely terrible. One girl was in training so I don’t blame her by any means. The person she was training under certainly is not fit to train any staff in the facility. Server checked table maybe every 30 minutes (I only recall seeing her a few times in those two hours)… Everytime I stood up, servers were standing at a computer or just standing around. Didn’t see much urgency from them to keep guests worried about other things than the terrible service. Ordered a pitcher of beer and waited over 25 minutes for that (beer was flat and warm by the time it got to me)… Ordered a water and waited longer for that than I did the beer. Ordered more drinks just to find majority of them sitting at the bar ready to go. Everybody’s food was served.. my food was served 20 minutes after everyone else. Everyone was done eating by then. Golf grips on the clubs are extremely loose and nasty (slimey and definitely not cleaned ever)… this place clearly does not look after the cleanliness or ensuring they have proper operating equipment at all times. When a club shaft is spinning inside the grip, it’s probably time to either replace the club or replace the grip (has been like this the last 3 times I’ve visited). Looks like a good conversation with your PXG sponsor might be able to help elevate your game. Checks were given to us, cards were given back IMMEDIATELY… it took ANOTHER 20 minutes for us to get our cards back. It took so long that my wife ended up having to walk up to the pos system just to find the entire party’s cards all sitting on the counter with no server in sight… she ended up grabbing them all once she noticed all the cards were already swiped and passed them back out to our party..
You guys charged a 25% gratuity on top of everyone’s tab… that’s the best thing you guys could’ve done because the service was so bad, your servers would’ve probably left with no money if it weren’t for that. Not trying to be mean, but you actually have to TRY to be bad at serving.

Read moreWe heading to Back 9 to celebrate my sons birthday. We had planned to play 18 holes somewhere but the weather changed plans for us. We knew that without reservations that we would have a long wait. I called ahead and the lady told us the current wait is no longer than 20 to 30 minutes. My daughter was only 10 minutes away and went there to put our names in and by the time she got there she was told it would be a 90 minute wait. No big deal we thought we would have some drinks get some appetizers and dinner before we played. The only problem is there are no servers anywhere to be found outside of the hitting bays. About 100 people sitting both inside and outside and no one going around trying to make any money by selling food and drinks. We had to go to the bar every time we needed anything and the wait was forever. There was never more than 1 or 2 people in front of me and the bartenders were extremely slow and had no idea where things were. I would have believed it was their 1st day on the job. Needless to say that was disappointing and we did not eat just had a few drinks. Once we got to our bay and got things set up on the screens malfunctioned and we hit the button for service. Across our screen the entire time was a message that read "Service requested help is on it way". I have not idea where that help was coming from, Maybe from Top Golf in Fishers because someone finally showed up when we had 2 minutes left of our 90 minute session. In that final 2 minutes 3 people showed up. If we wanted anything we had to either go find a server or go to the bar. Only 1 time did the server visit our bay to see if we needed anything. Long story short we wasted a good amount of money did not enjoy our experience. I understand staffing issues but if you cannot take care of the people that come in and spend their hard earned money then you do not need to be open. I would rather had waited the 4 hours to go to Top Golf. Never had a bad experience there. I hope things improve and am always willing to give businesses a second chance and if it is better I will be back to report. At this time I would not recommend this to anyone that is looking to have a good time and not looking to work to get a drink...
