I try to like this coffee shop because I like the vibes here but every time I come in the staff seems so angry at me for being there. My last straw with command coffee was today when I went in the drive through at 12:50, I am immediately greeted with a super quiet and disinterested person at the speaker they seem annoyed with my presence right off the bat. I ask what type of flavors they have for coffee (as it is not listed on the menu) I am told “well we have over 30 syrups so” so I then ask for the most popular flavors because I still have absolutely no clue what they have and get met with a short “caramel and vanilla” then I have to probe even more asking about what other flavors they have to get another short answer of “lavender and raspberry” out of this person. As someone who has worked in customer service my whole working life, this is not how you interact with a paying customer. You should be asking how they are, putting on a customer service voice that sounds like you don’t want to punch me in the face, you should be recommending flavors that are popular or are specialties ESPECIALLY when it’s a slow time of day like when I came in. I expect this type of attitude from someone working at a fast food chain but not a seemingly friendly coffee shop. I just settled for raspberry even though I just wanted to leave at that point. I’m not a coffee snob but the latte wasn’t that great, it was watery and tasteless. Everything I’ve ever gotten here is not very good and WAY overpriced. I just don’t understand why I’m being treated like I’m a nuisance just for being a customer and then treated even worse when I ask a basic question about the menu that isn’t already listed. I’m very frustrated and I’ve given this place so many tries but I don’t think I will be...
Read moreBeen seeing this place for a while and been telling myself I really wanted to stop by and try out their coffee and any other items they had available.
The cashier didn’t really care to acknowledge the fact I was a first time customer despite me mentioning it to her. They are over priced for what I got. A simple small Carmel macchiato with a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Total was nearly $11.00. That’s extreme being that they are located in a very awkward part of the street. Your better off continuing your journey down fall creek rd as I should have done.
This place food was nasty!!
Waste of time and money and customer service was dry. The drink is okay but my sandwhich mysterious went from being bacon like I order to this rubbery sausage patty. So instead of bacon egg and cheese like I order and pay for I got rubbery sausage. Sandwhich was smashed as if somebody put all their body weight down on the bun when they were making it. You can see finger indentations. Also the fact that they use aluminum foil on bread type items. Anybody with common sense in the food industry knows foil traps heat and moisture. So thanks Command Coffee for my poor first time customer service experience. I was not expect such a poor experience. The 1 star is generosity. I could have spent my $ 11 around the corner at the Cleo Bodega and got better quality food! FYI you do have competitors if you didn’t know. The drive thru arrangement is horrible and very limited on space. The entire facility is sitting on a corner lot that is almost nearly impossible to get too....
Read moreNot one to leave a bad review or a review at all really - but damn I just feel like I got burned! Got their medium campfire cold brew off the menu (no prices listed), she says "I'll have your total at the window". I guess that's where I went wrong. I pull up and she says "$8.45" honestly I couldn't hide my surprise and I asked "for the medium cold brew? Wow that's really expensive." And she says "yeah it's because there are seasonal syrups in it" I'm sorry but I don't think MOCHA counts as "seasonal". The worst part is that the drink just tastes like chocolate milk. The amount of mocha they put in this cup is insane, no discernible coffee flavor, undrinkably sweet. And there's still a layer of syrup at the bottom! I basically paid $9 for an overly sweetened (possibly caffeinated) chocolate milk. Which I guess is my bad. But I definitely learned my lesson. That'll be the last time I order something that doesn't have a price shown, or let someone "tell me my total at the window". Not wasteful, but I literally can't finish this drink. Just wow....
