Fisher Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I went to this place last nite on saturday (October 14th 2017) ...I called close to approx.640p and placed an order for a 20 piece jumbo shrimp for carryout/pick-up. Well just an FYI the 20 piece jumbo shrimp cost $29.99 and with tax it cost me a grand total of $32.99 and I left a few dollars in the tip jar....so I had a few dollars left out of $40 dollars.

I have eaten the food as I was hungry and that is why I ordered it and I shared a cpl of pieces of the shrimp with a relative and I ate 5 pieces myself and I ate no more. I had the food in front of me in a locked room for the rest of the nite with just myself and early this morning a cpl of hours ago I decided I may as well eat the rest of the shrimp.

I ate like 6 more pieces and it was gone...so if we do simple math 7 pieces of shrimp plus 6 is 13 pieces of shrimp total....oh wowser--- but I paid $29.99 plus tax for a total of $32 dollars (and some change) for a 20 piece jumbo shrimp ... so tell me being screwed out of 7 pieces of the jumbo shrimp equates to how much money does Fishers owe me back?

This is not only enough to p*s me off ...but it is enough for me to never go back to these ppl who seem to continously scre me out of product and my money.

The 2 or 3 times I have been to fishers at 56th and michigan rd in indianapolis ummm the first time was my coleslaw I paid for and ordered and it was not included with my food . .. and this time I did not receive all 20 pieces of what cost me $32 dollars and it comes with fries (that is all)....

Yes, this is beyond upsetting ----I specifically wanted the jumbo shrimp. The price they charge for jumbo shrimp (20 piece) and to not receive all 20 pieces and in addition to that the shrimp it was not even done being cooked in the 15 minutes I was promised it was more like 25 minutes.... I am furious...

I could have eaten at any high end restaurant or did a door dash for a more regal, classy restaurant where they understand the English language when ppl order.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO FISHERS AT 56TH AND MICHIGAN RD EVER AGAIN AND I WILL SPEND ALL OF TODAY PLACING REVIEWS ON VARIOUS REVIEW SITES SO HOPEFULLY NO ONE ELSE WILL BE ENCOURAGED TO WASTE THEIR MONEY HERE EITHER....

THIS PLACE IS NOT CHEAP BY ANY MEANS AND IT MAY BE A CASUAL/DINE OUT/CARRY OUT RESTAURANT BUT THE PRICES IN MY OPINION ARE NOT THAT CHEAP FOR THE TYPE OF FOOD THEY ARE SERVING....I COULD HAVE SPENT LESS MONEY IF I HAD BOUGHT MY OWN SHRIMP AND COOKED IT MYSELF....OBVIOUSLY THAT IS NOT THE ROUTE I WANTED TO TAKE...UGHHHHH IM SO OVER THIS PLACE WHO EVERY TIME I HAVE HAVE BEEN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT (WHICH IS NOT MUCH) THEY HAVE MANAGED TO RIP ME OFF (JUST A LITTLE BIT) EACH TIME AS I REFERRED TO ABOVE....I'M DONE...STICK A FORK IN IT...

We were recommended this place by a friend and we were glad we were! The food is super flavorful. I’m not sure the seasoning they use but it’s a winner! We did have to wait a while for all our food. They told us it would be 15minutes, but ended up being there for about 40minutes until our food came out. It would’ve been nice to be offered a drink or even an apology for it taking so long. There were two guys working that night & maybe they were overwhelmed with their orders. Our order was a little big so I can understand the time. I believe this is a chain. I would definitely eat here again. Food was worth our loooooong wait lol....

Foods good but this last visit I saw the guy taking fries from one container to another with his bare hands, then one he saw me watching he took the containers in the back.. here also can't understand English well at all. Good luck getting your order right, we've never had a correct...
