Juicy Wings Hibachi — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Bland bland bland! I was excited to give this place a try before heading out of town, but wasvery disappointed. First off if you areusing Google maps to find this place it trys to take you I sidesome little mall and it's not in there. It is at the end of the building. No worries there. I ordered the chicken and beef hibachi and a pork egg roll. Took about 15 minutes to prepare so I figured, rock on its being made fresh as "hibachi" should be. The egg roll was mostly wrapper with almost no filling as you can see from the picture. The food was terrible! The meat tasted like it was precooked and then just reheated in sauce. I recently ordered from here through grubhub. I placed the order 2 hours ahead. When the food got to me it was cold, the two orders of fried dumplings and one order of fried scallops were tough. As someone who works in the kitchen for a living it seems to me like they made my order at 4pm when I placed the order and let it sit on the counter until the grubhub driver came to get it at around 530pm. This means my shrimp and scallops were sitting on a counter for 90m and then in a car for another 30 before they got to me. I tried to contact grubhub for a refund but all they gave me was a $5 credit to grubhub. Absolutely terrible resolution. Wasted $50 and I didnt even get to eat dinner. The food taste fresh , the steak is like boiled so it needs more of a grilled texture and it would be great . The yum yum sauce was a big disappointment bc its like pure mayo with something else in it like its so thick . The crab rangoons were amazing!!! Ill for sure be back for those and i might give the other foods a try . Hubby got the wings they were great but the honey bbq sauce should be a little thinner because its like a bottle of bbq sauce was just dumped on the wings and thats it .
