The last few times I've been at this restaurant have been awful. Before that I really good service but the last couple times I've been here even the general manager was in terrible mood he looked like you were strong out on drugs. His shirt was untucked, he was drinched In sweat, this was two nights ago. Today I went in in the black woman up front, she was kind of short, she was a manager. She was very rude. I told her thank you several times and she never acknowledged me she just kept walking by. I asked for a cup because I ordered a large drink and she rolled her eyes at me after I've already waited 15 minutes for this cup. The restaurant is sweltering I know what that's about most restaurants do that because they don't they want to run customers away the less people inside the more people they have to deal with so they turn the heat up to make it uncomfortable. I definitely worked at McDonald's before and I definitely know how this works. We didn't ask you to come to work today if you don't like your job go find a new one because being rude to your customers is going to get you anywhere. God doesn't like ugly. I really feel like I'm not even going to come back to the store anymore even though I come here daily. I'm really upset with the service. I've been the customer service industry for 20 years. I've never treated a customer like that and I've worked in many drive-throughs even the White Castle on LaSalle recently. Bottom line. The customer comes first. Without your customers you wouldn't have a business and you wouldn't have a paycheck. So please go back to bed and get up on the right side we would all...

Fast food is officially dead when McDonald's can't get a signature burger made faster than I could Finish Eating at a sit down restaurant.
Proof that the world's greatest award winning food system, and all the digital apps, ordering and menu technology involved is no match for masked up, public school educated young people.
If your employees wouldn't show up on an EEG while at work, are they really earning a living wage? How much easier can you make being a McDonald's employee?
If Amazon applied their warehouse tech to McDonald's food system, McDonald's wouldn't even have employees to screw up the process. I think that's where it will eventually end up.
Next, we'll have to make our own food, until they get tired of the theft like Walmart, then Amazon will buy McDonald's and they'll kiosk all the restaurants just like in the movie Idiocracy.
There is no foundation for human interaction without ethics. Until that is restored in the heart and mind of every individual, nothing can save us at any level of human interaction.
If I have time I'll add the...
Read moreThis franchise is absolutely deplorable. This is a text book case of a business that needs to close it's doors, fire every employee starting with the poor excuses for managers and start all over again. Who ever owns this franchise should also be sited by the parent company for such a shameful representation of their brand. Let's start with curb appeal, the parking lot is disgusting, period. Moving inside one is immediately greeted by what I can only assume is either an air conditioning system that doesn't work or managers that have decided they want no customers in the store and employees to suffer in unreasonable heat to save a buck. Speaking of those employees, dirty uniforms, sloppy untucked shirts, miserable expressions and deplorable attitudes....and that's the shift and general Managers, and the "kids" are no better. Obviously ownership is only concerned with money as orders are constantly screwed up, the place is filthy and the staff is beyond unprofessional. There are major leadership issues that need to be addressed here. This, as well as almost every other review is glaring proof that this poor excuse for a "restaurant" needs to be...
