First visit and everyone was super friendly. The food was very good and at a reasonable price. The fountain drinks were "off" meaning they did not have the signature flavor for a name brand. We had asked for the bologna sandwich to be "burnt" or well done for some crispness, but it wasn't. Even though it was not crispy, it had a good flavor and the bread was toasted nicely. The beef tips over noodles, the Wednesday special, was excellent. The Philly cheese steak was a good sized portion, but was a little less flavorful than one would expect, but not bad. The rodeo burger was good and good sized. The BLT was also a nice sized portion and toasted well. The bacon was cooked to a nice crispness and not limp or brittle. Good thick meaty pieces. The chicken sandwich was a let down with the quality that one would expect from a run of the mill fast food establishment. Their menu was a decent size and did not overwhelm while offering a good variety to the point even a picky eater should be able to find something to their liking. Every day offers a special of the day and makes me want to return for at least 3 to 4 days a week to enjoy them. They have a pool table and a juke box. The volume of the music is just right for the bar crowd to enjoy and still allow the people at the tables to have a conversation. This place is a hidden gem that if I had not recieved a recommendation to go there,, it would still be hidden. They do...
Read moreLoves this place for dinner during the week great food and large portions. Service here can be good or terrible, there was a time or two ive sat for over an hour before getting my drink order taken. I try to stay away on the weekends in the evenings because they have bands and the venue is just to small they clear out most of the dining room area to make room for the bands so there is usualy almost no seating if your coming here to eat and they always play at max volume so you pretty much have to scream to try and talk to someone sitting directly beside you. Great place for eats during the week but stay away on the weekends unless obnoxiously loud music and standing room only is your crowd...
Read moreWe met our friend for Tuesday Wings night & Happy hour domestic beer specials which I believe was $1.00 off. Wings were .50 with plenty of flavors to choose. I enjoyed their hottest "Luann's hot sauce" as well as mango habenero. Also tried "wing dust" which was salty and not something I would order again. Not realaly sure what their beer special was for happy hour but I was charged 5.00 for a domestic which was a bit much for a happy hour deal when you can go to a higher end Primanti bro's and get for 2.00. The wings came out hot and crispy which I enjoyed trying the different flavors. However, getting the bill was the turn off here and everyone in my party agreed we would not be...
