The Muddy Moose — Restaurant in Inkom

My husband and I stopped in on our way from salt lake to Idaho falls. We needed a place he could take a work call and I needed to use the restroom. We were very happy to see this cute little shop pop up. It was exactly what we were hoping for. I ordered some bagel sandwiches and coffee. After I paid I asked to use the restroom, I was told there are no public restrooms and I could walk to the park behind the shop ( it’s 20 degrees today and snowing) or I could go down the street to the gas station. I told her we had been driving for 3 hours and didn’t know if I could make it to the gas station. She said she was sorry and good luck. Not great customer service. The food is good, the service is HORRIBLE! I know it takes them an unusual amount of time to make things here so I always call in my order in advance. Today must of been extra lazy employees because I called my order in, and got to the location and had to wait an extended period of time to get our order that they had not even started yet. It was simple, one protein shake, 3 bagels. It took 20 full minutes from when I made the call for the order!!!! How is that even possible?!!! It wasn’t even busy when we got there. One person was at the window is all. I would not recommend this if you are in a hurry and I really wish I wouldn’t have tipped them. After all, TIPS stand for, “To insure proper service”. It is definitely worth pulling off the highway to come to this place they have a little bit of construction going on in the front and there is a ton of parking in the back we had a trailer so we parked at a park a block away. It's a really cute little place where somebody obviously put a lot of creativity and effort into it I had one of the best bagels I have had in years it was so soft and nice. It has indoor seating outdoor seating and it would have been nice if the TV was working even with some news on that would be one area for improvement they're also was no music but some nice quiet music would have...
