The good: food was hot and looked good and my order was right... that's it

Now to the review: I ordered the steak and shrimp and the chicken hibachi. In both of them it looked good but you notice you only get about 3 pieces of brocoli and a sliver of onion with hella rice. In my order, on God it was only 4 shrimp and you charge that much? The steak tasted old af, almost as if they stored it in malt vinegar for a few days. The chicken dish was highly mid with a lack of veggies and over abundance of rice. The food was hot but not as good as it should or could be. Now the store front looks like I'm buying food from a trap spot, and I've seen better looking drug houses. Make sure you wear your best coat in the winter cause there is no heat in the lobby and you can tell that place full of crap cause even the door is busted, somebody got mad and cracked that bih. Before this is over! Why tf yall charge so much for extra sauce that wouldn't even get a duck wet? Overall; from the food to the store front it shows that ownership is the problem and not employees. I won't say don't go here but if you do!!!!! Don't even expect 3 star, keep low expectations and just don't be hungry. Also, I've been to all the locations and the inkster one is the worse but the same quality food for all.

Horrible food horrible attitude from LAKISHA P she told us that she couldn’t do a refund and she couldn’t make the food over even tho my food was burnt and over cooked never will go there again and she need to be fired immediately she was talking to me rude and I was nothing but kind to her smh. SHE ALSO SAID THREW MY FOOD AWAY DIDNT WANT TO GIVE A REFUND AND DIDNT EVEN WANT TO MAKE THE FOOD OVER FOR US. SHE WAS CALLING MY COUSIN & I ALL TYPE OF B WORDS AND BEING REALLY RUDE. 03/06/24- First and last time. Please believe the bad reviews, it's all true. I ordered the Hibachi Chicken with vegetable fried rice, yum yum sauce and spicy teriyaki sauce. The chicken was dry and garlicky, the rice had a pinch of shredded carrots and no other vegetables. I got 3 trees of broccoli and a few mushrooms and all onions. Lastly, I received 2 yum yum sauces and no teriyaki sauce. Both dipping cups were only filled to the halfway mark.

They actually have a sign that says check your order before leaving, NO refunds. You Better do it.

I watched 2 different video reviews and both had enormous food containers, heaped with food. I ordered the large dinner portion and it was smaller than what the videos showed.
