As a traveler who appreciates a good local find, stepping into Coffee Bean Delight in Campobello, SC, was a welcome stop right on Highway 11. You can tell immediately it's a family-run operation – there's a lovely, inviting warmth that bigger chains just can't replicate. Let's get to the important part: the coffee! I can confidently say the coffee here is good. They clearly know their way around a bean.

However, for those of us who appreciate the simplicity of a classic, robust drip coffee, it's worth noting they primarily focus on their excellent latte and espresso creations. If you're into the fancy stuff, you're in for a treat, but don't expect a standard cup of joe.

While I haven't had the pleasure of trying their food yet (my visit was purely for that caffeine fix!), it's great to know they offer options for a bite. Perhaps on my next pass through, I'll sample their culinary side.

Overall, Coffee Bean Delight is a solid stop for a quality coffee experience, especially if you lean towards the espresso-based beverages. Just wanted to start off by saying i was excited to finally have a coffee shop in the area! it’s a few mins away from where i live! the place was cute and the food was good but the customer service and atmosphere was not what i expected when going into a coffee shop! when i first walked into the doors the lady was sitting with both her air pods in and to me that disrespectful and didn’t even say a word like “welcome or how are you”. I have worked at a coffee shop for 3 years and i know customer service! me and my sister felt really uncomfortable and unwelcomed! as if we were bothering! after i was ordering and i asked what was inside this certain drink 2x times and she ignored and just put it on my tab so i just ignored and still ordered! but it was just not pleasant to come into a coffee shop and feel unwanted! Will definitely take business somewhere else where i will feel more welcomed and not feel like i’m bothering! Please fix this because food and drinks were amazing!

Ordered an iced Americano after about five minutes trying to understand what they were doing. I questioned them and they said well we don’t make iced Americanos. I said, you have Americano on the menu, you add ice and a little bit of water. Trying to be helpful, I politely said take a cup of ice and put it under the espresso machine and it’ll be an iced Americano once completed (I’ve seen lots of baristas make it this way very quick). She then went to go get a whole cup of water & start steaming it. I’m said stop, please. To me, it’s bad enough that they don’t know how to make it, but when I simply explain & they do it completely different. They gave me my money back and I left without a coffee.

I realize it might be their first job, but the young ladies never even smelled at me or said welcome. I actually felt incredibly uncomfortable like I was bothering them by even walking in the door.
