What a hidden gem located 40 mins drive from Houston Galleria, and it sure was a lovely countryside drive. We were visiting from San Francisco and looking for an authentic Turkish breakfast, but there were not many choices in Houston. So I start Google and found this heaven only 40 mins away from our place. Meanwhile, plans changed, and we decided to have a birthday party there. The first part was the communications which went very well with Mr. Bahadur. He was extremely kind and helpful with our plan. Only one thing, their website, says to make a reservation, but it's better to go earlier with at least one family member so you can hold on the table if you have more than six people. Also, Bahadur is the only bilingual, so communication went very well. Since we were about 20 people, so three of us decided to go earlier, like an hour ago, so that we could decorate the area; luckily found a table next to the water area. Suleman and the other three people help us to set the table. We were very impressed with their efficiency. Please take a look at these pictures. Once our guests started arriving, we ordered the appetizer, which came with fresh bread, which so so good but you must eat when it's hot. Meanwhile, we ordered meat dishes, like chicken kabobs and grill veg skewers, and famous lamb chops. Everything was fresh and well marinated. Meanwhile, servers kept checking if we needed anything. All of our guests have been living in Houston for a long time, but no one has had a chance to experience visiting this heavenly fun place. It's literally a ranch. You can see all kinds of animals on the farm, and there is a kid playing area people can grill their food. We asked them to cook the food for us. Of course, there was a minor charge, but it was worth it. After the cake ceremony, we bought the firework package to surprise the birthday girl. She loved it. By the way, this place is open till 3 AM. so we ordered chai and Hukka and played music and had so much fun. This was one of the best experiences which we will never forget. We gathered around a fire pit, where a beautifully set table awaited us. We started with the most phenomenal hummus we’ve ever tasted, paired with fresh, fluffy bread that had the perfect crispy crust. Then came the main event: a feast of lamb, chicken, and goat—each bite more tender and flavorful than the last. You can even cook your meat table-side or let the chef do the magic for you.

Just when we thought it couldn’t get better, we ended our meal with Kunefe and Katmer, both served hot, sweet, and utterly divine.
