My family of 6 ate brunch here while waiting for my son who was attending a robotics competition at nearby George Middle School. I think this is the only restaurant serving breakfast in Iowa Park aside from Mcdonalds and a donut shop.
Everything on the menu was available to order (breakfast , lunch & dinner). The chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and green beans was okay but the included corn bread was too small. Hungry man was a filling breakfast but the ham was too salty for my kids. The grilled pork chop was fine and the fried okra was good. The burger was okay but my daughter said she prefers Mcdonalds when doing a comparison. The place was full (9:30 AM on a Saturday) with maybe a max capacity of 60 to 70 people.
I would recommend this place if you are in Iowa park to meet local folks and have a Texan small town...

The couple has lived in Iowa Park 57 years and they're both over 89 years old. They were happy for that option. They also got me a plate. The husband and I loved it.
