For a dinner to receive best diner in Michigan is huge mistake!! Every time we get carry out it’s completely wrong! Our breakfast was a huge mess! When I called to talk to OWNER OF THIS DINER, she made all kinds of excuses fir why eggs were cooked over hard and not over easy, when asked for reason why there were no onions in the hash browns her response was “well I wasn’t the personal putting the order together “, but had previously stated she was the one who cooked the eggs and even said had watched while the other cook scooped gravy over hash browns! She choose to make excuses instead of just owning she knew our breakfast was wrong! If she knew eggs continued to cook then why cook them as long as she did in first place? We were looking for the first place we came across to grab a bite and we came across this diner. It didn't look like much but we gave it a go. It was packed inside. We were able to sit because a couple were leaving as we were coming in. I got sausage and cheese omelette with hash browns and my daughter got the kiddie burger with fries. The burger was pretty big for a kiddie burger. Usually you get a slider or 2 when you order off the kid menu. That was a my size burger Then we also got a side of cheese fries. Their fries were so extra yum. I liked the decor for this little place. There was a female cook I seen too when I was paying the tab that was pretty cute too. normally this place is 100% 5 stars for me! but we ordered a take out tonight, just the m29 salad, which is a cobb salad. instead of cheddar cheese there was blue cheese, we just scooped it out, but on top of being time consuming and having to go get more cheese, i’m pregnant and high risk, blue cheese is a big no no for me and i was a bit upset. i hate to complain, but i can tell by just looking at it that the owner wasn’t the cook tonight. she is absolutely amazing! i’m not bad mouthing the restaurant, simple mistakes happen. i will continue to go here, i’ll just double check certain things when getting a carry-out! i’ve never had any other problems here before and it’s always obvious that the owner works hard and...
