Farmhouse Grill — Restaurant in Irvine

My mom and her friends (who are all senior ladies and one senior man) made a reservation at the restaurant today on 9/16/2023 and were essentially harassed by this hispanic waiter in his 40's or so. He told them that they can't sit there with a rude attitude, despite the reservation. One lady told him that they were seated there by another waiter, so he shut up about that.

He then proceeded to give them commands, telling them to give him their orders in the order that he demands. My mom said "I will leave a review", in which he did a 180 and decided to behave politely from then on. Someone tell me, why was his attitude appalling prior to this? Do all customers need to now start saying, "I'll write a review" before they even sit down, the second they meet a waiter?

Unacceptable and appalling for me to hear about a group of seniors being talked to in this way.

I sure hope that the next time that I'm personally at Farmhouse Grill, that I don't have to meet him.

Honestly, whoever the waiter was today at the restaurant should lose his job and provide it to someone more polite and in need of it. I hope this dude is happy with...

We went here on a Sunday evening to enjoy the sunset and have some food. The service was horrible and understaffed. When the staff did arrive, they were nice, but they were impossible to find.

My wife and I both found hair in our food, but because the food service was so slow, we didn’t bother saying anything and fear that it would take another 45 minutes to get food.

Was the condition of the bathroom and the men’s room there was trash all over the floor as if it had not been cleaned all day.

Golf here a few times before and it is a very nice course but the condition of this grill was horrible and we will not be back...

A beautiful place to sit outside under a covered patio. There were several people hitting golf balls for us to watch. The food was very good. I ordered the chicken Waldorf salad. It comes with a sweet cinnamon apple dressing. I ordered it on the side along with a balsamic dressing. I used just a bit of the apple dressing with mostly balsamic. It was really a good combo. My husband ordered a chicken club sandwich. Really tasty and the bread was very good. There is a nice area with flowers and grass for weddings and events. Definitely will...
