HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! LADY AT THE FRONT IS RUDE ! THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER SPOKE TO THE OWNER WHO STATED THAT IT WAS THEIR FAULT AND COMMUNICATION WAS BAD, CASHIER AT THE FRONT WHO STATES THAT SHE IS THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND TOLD ANOTHER CUSTOMER IN MY FACE THAT SHE HATES RUDE CUSTOMERS AND I TOLD HER PLEASE DON'T SPEAK ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE THAT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL I WASN'T BEING RUDE I CAME TO LET YOU GUYS KNOW MY ORDER WAS MESSED UP ! WHEN I TOLD HER THE OWNER WHAT SHE SAID SHE STATED THAT HE WASN'T GOING TO DO ANYTHING . BEFORE I LEFT THE PLACE I ADVISE THE OWNER THAT THAT IS NOT THE WAY YOU CONDUCT A BUSINESS BY SPEAKING ABOUT ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS STANDING RIGHT THERE AND LAUGHED IN MY FACE WHILE THE OWNER AS I AM TALKING TO HER. Sara's Deli is a nice hole in the wall place that has a great take on classic breakfast foods and brunch sandwiches with exceptional customer service. The people behind the counter/register are very kind and like to talk to their customers, which is very sweet of them. I love that my job is quite literally around the corner from this place because it's a great spot for a cheap little breakfast platter or sandwich. Little gems like this place are really hard to find nowadays, which is why I try to come here whenever I have a strong breakfast craving. I ordered breakfast burritos and IT WAS THE BEST burritos I’ve ever had 👍👍entire my life Sausage and Bacon burrito, sausage burrito and bacon burrito for my 4year old daughter. The burritos were filled with Hashbrown potatoes, perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, We like cheddar cheese so cheddar cheese and meat, one more thing jalapeño!! with picante and chipotle sauce.
