Found this place by accident. It’s actually located inside a university compound so I was disappointed when I first pulled up. But once you grab your coffee and go outside there are some nice places to sit and 2-3 propane fire pits that you can sit around and be cozy. Also, it’s open kind of late on the weekdays...
