Cocina Boricua Food Truck — Restaurant in Isabela

We ordered the Papas Locas with Carne and a Pincho de Pollo. It took 40 minutes for our order to be ready. Mind you there was no line in front of us. The chicken was lathered in bbq sauce but you could tell the chicken itself was not season because it had a bland aftertaste. The Papas Locas looked good but I cannot say the same for the taste. The sour cream and cheese were only on top of the bed of lettuce so after taking a bite of the top, the rest of the fries and meat did not have any flavor or sauce on them. The carne molida was not season and neither were the fries.To be honest this is a really hard dish to mess up but these were unfortunately the worst asada fries I've ever had. Very disappointing. Also the price & wait time definitely does not justify the quality of food. Only putting 3 stars for atmosphere because this food truck is inside a food truck park where there's live music and...

Its good however it took 40 min with no wait time. Had they let me know up front it would be different.

They buzzed the buzzer and still had to wait 5 more min
