Brother's Pizza — Restaurant in Jackson Township

This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had when ordering my food! I called and some man answered the phone and asked for pickup or delivery. I said delivery and he asked for my number and address I gave him both. When it was time to pay. My total should have been 18.00 he then charged me 23.00 without telling me there was a delivery fee, but like most places they charge for delivery so that was expected but then I asked how much was the fee he said 5.00 but that I still owed 4.00 which made no sense but I read him my card numbers and then man charged me an extra 12.00 I asked why and he said “ I don’t know why it took $12 but it did” so I asked how I can get my money back and he then said “I don’t know” so I began to get frustrated because now I just paid 34.00 for 1 medium pizza! That’s all! So then the man hands the phone to his manger I assume because there was no communication going on with me. So the other man gets on the phone and began to get sassy! Saying “ well I don’t know why it charged you $12 but it did I can cancel your order? So I told him cancel my order and I want all my money back! He then said they never took any money that he never processed it so as I am literally looking at my bank account it too a total of $34.00 and I never got my food! This was the worst food experience I have ever went through! Beyond disappointed with their service! It’s now been 3 hours and I still have not gotten my food( which I did say cancel but I was expecting my money back) and never got my money back that does say it was processed not pending! Do not order from here! I think they were trying to take...

It's just OK at Best. Prices kind of high too. Hot Wings, Onion Rings, & Medium Pepperoni Pizza = $30 Bucks (& We Picked it Up). That price Would have been fine if the Quality of the Food was Awesome, But it Was Not! The Hot Wing Sauce is Ok, but it's kind of Runny, But the actual Wings are thin for starters, (Like SKINNY "Hungry" Chickens) But what is Really Worse than than is that they are Tough, & seemed like they were cooked too long, or cooked then got cold & cooked again. As it turned out, the skimpy sized order of Onion Rings were the same way, Seemed Tough & So Crunchy they were much more like Pretzels than Onion Rings (Rock Hard). The pizza had What seemed like a decent amount of Cheese & Pepperoni, but the Sauce was Thin, Watery & Runny, but the thing that was more disappointing was the Crust. It was Tough like Rubber & Chewy like Cardboard.

This evening will be the last time we order from Brother's. We've been ordering from them since the business opened and haven't had issues but after tonight we won't even try again. We ordered dinner at 5:30 and expected it to be a little while since it's a Friday evening. The app we used said estimated delivery 6:41. I called around 7:00 and asked where our food was or if something had happened(we live on a dirt road and I thought maybe they got lost or something) but the girl on the phone just said that our driver left a while ago. When I said our food was supposed to have been delivered a while ago she just said sorry and that was that. The food all had to be reheated bc it was barely lukewarm and the meatball parmesan was a sad excuse for a sub. $45 for mediocre food to be delivered 90 minutes after ordering I not...
