Basic ski mountain comfort food. My favorite meal here is the built to order burritos which are better than average as well as huge. The restaurant is situated mid mountain at the top of the new Sweetwater Gondola and a few hundred feet up the hill from the Casper lift (thus the name). Besides traditional lunch (which can get busy) it's also a great place to dodge in for a snack or drink if the weather turns bad and you can always ride the Sweetwater Gondola back down if need be. If you can avoid the lunch time crush by eating before noon, or after 1:30 pm, it is a convenient place to stop on the mountain.
