Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Jackson

This is by far the worst churches in the Jackson area hands down and it’s literally one minute from my house and I’d rather drive miles out of the way to another location but I decided today I’ll give them a chance and what a mistake that was first off the smokehouse signs are in the window but they were out ok cool can I get a 10pc the young lady replied yes then immediately says no we’re out of all chicken I’m like huh how is that I said can I get a 3pc she says it’s only one piece of chicken left at a place that sells nothing but chicken smh at that point I just left I always have a bad experience at this location and the people who oversee it don’t care they do nothing to change the culture/environment of this place we as consumers have to stop spending our money at establishments that don’t appreciate our business if not this will continue to happen let’s band together and stop supporting these trash locations that take our hard earned money and don’t give us the proper service in return they don’t even care enough to reply to all the negative reviews not even once from what I have seen this...

GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Unfortunately this is not a place you would like to enjoy you local churches chicken any longer, do not care how they speak to customers, do not care about servicing the public at all, act as if they do not want to be there, workers are speaking in the background loudly while customer is placing order so they can not hear you well enough while placing your order unless the customer yells at them, takes long lengths of time for completing customer order. Do not spend your hard earned money at this location. The don’t communicate, they don’t take orders correctly, they talk to each other miscellaneously while on the speaker. I ordered that clunky chicken sandwich. A combo and the sandwich alone. She took the rest of my order at the window. She gave me fries when we discussed Cajun rice. How you get the order wrong at the window? She gave me Dr.Pepper instead of fruit punch after she told me what they only had. I spent $11 of my hard earned money.
