What can I say about Katie and her creations? She is by far the best cake creator ever. Her cakes are mouthwatering and make you never want any other cake. You give her an idea and she runs with it! When you tell her you want Over the Top...she does just that. In July I drove from Marion IL to Jackson MO to pick up the Grinch Cake. This was a trip down via Sikeston due to the floods. Terrible roads. A very long trip! Katie assured me that this cake would in fact ride home in the back of my expedition with no issues. It did just that. A 3 tier cake fully assembled! If you want the best with unbelievable flavors and fillings. Get a cake from Katie. If you want a WOW factor. Order that cake! It’s worth every single penny! Katie has done 2 masterpieces for us. This whole experience was so fun! From picking cake design and flavors to seeing her sketches, it was fun! Katie was so amazing through it all! When she showed up with the very custom 3 tier Harry Potter themed baby shower cake.....I was floored! I was amazed at how it was her sketch EXACTLY!! I have never seen anything like it! The work she put into the cake and the showcase of her talent and attention to detail was just breathtaking. We were just in awe, truly. People had to be told over and over that it was a cake!! The cake was so moist and ridiculously delicious! Many people had 2 pieces so we could try multiple flavors! (Each tier was a different flavor) I mean super delicious cake! Katie is not only the kindest person to work with, but so incredibly creative, talented and patient in getting your design and every tiny detail just perfect for you! Every cake I see her do is breathtaking! I am amazed at her abilities! Not only is it beautiful to look at but it is absolutely DELICIOUS!! She has so many flavor options and a reasonable timeframe to get it done! We had her do our wedding cake (which was still excellent after her careful freezing instructions when we thawed it and had it on our 1st anniversary) and our son's 1st birthday cake and both turned out absolutely perfect!!
