Fiesta Brava — Restaurant in Jackson

The service was good, the staff are very friendly and kind. The first basket of chips and salsa are free, afterwards, they're .99¢ for refills, no big deal really. The salsa and chips were really good, so we were looking forward to our meals.

That being said, we felt the food lacked flavor.The chicken tasted like it had been boiled in water and then shredded. The chicken tacos only had bland chicken, lettuce and cheese. I ordered extra salsa and mixed my chicken with it make up for the lack of flavor and added some extra hot sauce as well.

And we ordered a pitcher of margaritas and it also tasted very watered down. We asked for extra shots of tequila and they never brought them out ( didn't get charged for the...

normally, I don't do this but its been 3 times now ive ordered food to go. Waiting months in-between thinking its a mishap, only to taste my food twice, aka food poisoning. Its always fajita to go. the presentation is always good. the service is good. idk if they cook it and wait for orders and re heat it over the week and by the time my order is there the food is rotten or what. but ill never eat here again. because I don't wanna miss a day of work because of food poisoning. Tried to go eat here. They have an entrance step that was way to high for me to step up to, no handle at the door to help get up the step. I have tried to visit with this restaurant to talk about resolving this step. Every time I have called they hang up on me. So I guess they don’t want to resolve the step situation so I will contact ADA and this comes from the federal government so they will deal with their fact they can’t communicate and...
