Went for lunch with coworkers. Got there a little later than typical lunch, around 130. They close at 2 and I was a tad worried we wouldn't be served or our food would be rushed. I shouldn't have worried. It was all so good. The waitress was attentive and service was prompt. It's very rare that every person at the table enjoys their food. Collectively our table ordered the chicken parm, roast beef poboy, wedge salad and onion soup. *chef's kiss* SO GOOD. The onion soup was maybe the best I've had. Adequately salted, topped with cheese and small crostinis, just as it should be. The wedge salad was cold and crispy, topped with blue cheese that was not overpowering, tomatoes and bacon. Cute environment with a cool bar that was reminiscent of a cigar bar. I expect they will be very popular and I hope the attention to each dish remains. Consistently good food is hard to find in the area. I will be back.

Blake White catered my wedding on 11/11/23 and he was wonderful! He met me at the venue a few months before the wedding to map out the set-up and ensure we had everything we needed. He coordinated the outdoor tents, chairs, tables, linens, and even suggested the DJ! Now let’s talk about the food, IT WAS DELICIOUS! Everyone kept asking who we had cater because the food was so good. Blake was so easy to work with and managed the space so well to fit what we needed. He was a great communicator and took a lot of stress away from this bride! The bartender even fluffed my train on the isle! Absolutely wonderful and kind person. I 1000% recommend either eating at Iron Horse or using Blake as a caterer for your upcoming event. Wouldn’t have been the same without all that he did for us and I am forever grateful! Thank you Blake!

I'm a cajun. And a serious food critic. And let me just say... the food was amazing!!! We got the shrimp wontons and onion rings for starters. My husband got the special, which was trout with grilled shrimp and a cream sauce on top. And I got the steak with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. Everything was delicious. I wish I could've talked to the chef. Cause whoever it is, they are talented. And the staff members were so nice! We will definitely be back! Great job!

Ate there after the game last night. They were very busy with few parking spaces left in their lot. They have apparently worked out any kinks after being open less than 2 weeks. Service was as good as at any busy restaurant and better than at many. There were 3 of us. We had fried green tomatoes, a smash burger, a fried shrimp po-boy and a loaded pizza (half of which we finished at breakfast this morning). Everything was delicious. We split the fried green tomatoes and wished we had ordered 2. They were actually lighter than we expected. The smash burger looked great and, unlike a lot of burgers, held together while being eaten. The person ordering it is a burger person and he really enjoyed it. The shrimp po-boy also held together well and much better than most - I could actually pick it up whole and eat it. It was well-prepared and the bread was perfect. The pizza was unusually good both last night and re-heated this morning. Good toppings and a kick. I highly recommend this place and look forward to trying more of their menu items in the future. It is particularly nice to have a really good restaurant only 5 miles...

This has been about my fifth time here and have never been disappointed until tonight. I’m not sure if they have a new cook or if it was a quality control issue but the consistency I’ve experienced in the past was missing. My table ordered the cheese sticks and had to send them back because the breading was so thick it was almost more breading than cheese. The pizza which I usually love was under whelming.(mind you the first time I had this pizza i thought it was by far one of the best I have had and I bragged about it to everyone) This time the crust was thick, instead of thin, airy and crispy like I experienced many other times before when I ordered. And lastly my table ordered a couple rounds of wines and the pours were inconsistent and not in a good way. This review is not meant to be negative. I hope that this review finds the right person so that I can hopefully return again for a more enjoyable experience as I have...
