McDonald's — Restaurant in Jackson

First impressions are everything and I was indeed NOT impressed at all. Upon walking in dining room is not as clean as it should be given the minimal traffic at this location for it to be located in a truckstop.

Not one of the employee in the establishment was wearing an identifying name tag as to let customers know whom they was talking to nor did the employees greet themselves to customer in a positive manner.

The food prep employees making orders were not wearing gloves while preparing food. I witness employees answering their cell phone while taking orders in front of customers.

I would hate to see what the food prep station and back area looks like as the lack of customer service. The employees dedication to the McDonalds brand here is definitely not on par with the vision the founding father of the brand had envisioned.

The customers that visit here whether it be a truck driver, a visitor or a local person should be greeted with respect and their food should always be prepared they way that it was intended to be FRESH.

I myself do not like eating at establishments because of the fear of getting sick due to the risk of food borne illnesses which has happened to me on more than one occasion.

I noticed upon writing this review that not one single reply has been granted to any previous review of the establishment. That in itself should tell you that the franchise owner of this establishment doesn’t give a damn about patrons.

The franchise owner of this establishment should indeed be ashamed of themselves for the way this establishment in ran.

Lastly I noticed after the fact that I was charged an .80¢ drink upcharge that I neither asked for nor was I informed about beforehand. The (.80¢ x thousands of people a day) that are unaware of this is thousands of dollars in the hands of someone.

1-17 and 1-18 I can’t give a zero star or I would. I’m a very unhappy customer. Food cold, hamburgers cold, sloppy..fries cold. bad attitudes, the staff was treating the other male staff badly 1/18/23 “I’m going to slap you in the back of the head” and he was reaching for a burger for the drive in and the cook said”don’t be snagging that out of my hand” he apologized but he didn’t do anything wrong. They treated the customers worse.. Ice machine was down on the pilot side and an employee of pilot asked for some ice and the employee responded to him you have to buy a drink and it’s $1.29. The man walked away…I ordered an ice cream cone with my reward points on the mobile app and was told 5 minutes later.. “oh our ice cream machine is down”. “You have to talk to the manager about a refund of your points and she is not here”. I was stuck here and had to eat here several times…(truck driver). Each visit thru the mobile pay.. each time our food was placed to the side and not called out for us to get.. we checked in thru the app each time and the last time I went to the counter and was told we will call you and it was cold again…. Employee laid out on the seat in the dining room sleep another one was yelling out while she was sitting in the dining room eating “she tickled his pickle”…the dining room was always dirty.the drink machine area was filthy and I ordered a unsweetened tea and got a sweet tea instead so I was not able to drink it.. waste money..I ate here a total of 4 times thinking maybe it would get better and there was nothing else to eat. it was worse each time.. I will not ever come back here again… and you shouldn’t either if you want good food… I paid $9 for this combo and this is the picture of what I got and the white stuff is mayonnaise running down the sides of my burger into the box… this puts...

This location make take the reins as the worst McDonald’s in the world… I’m not joking a one bit. I ordered breakfast at 10am. It was a big breakfast and with extra hashbrowns. All 3 hashbrowns were over cooked so they were dried out and crumbled full of grease. The eggs were supposed to be scrambled but it was just the folded eggs they cut up a bit, it was also cold. The sausage was cooked on one side the other was pale… and the biscuit seemed as if it were from a previous day, not fresh at all.

It’s sad that no one seems to care what they dish out these days. On top of the entire meal being inedible and unsafe, the lobby was filthy. As others have mentioned this location has many homeless hanging around bothering the patrons for money. Security is just there for looks…

They get away with all this at this location because its customers are 99% black and also the staff, they know that none of them are going to speak out...
