Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had in an establishment. I ordered ahead on the app so my order was already paid for. When I got my order I didn’t receive the chips and one of my sandwiches was wrong (like not even close to being right). I went into the building and told the worker that my sandwich was wrong and I didn’t get my chips. She proceeded to argue and say that the order was right. She even dug through the garbage to find my receipt to prove me wrong. I told her I had my order pulled up on my phone. She refused to look at it. She was so rude. She was borderline aggressive and did not want to make the sandwich I paid for. She finally told me to give her the incorrect sandwich back and she made the one I ordered. When I ordered my sub the clerk looked at me like I was crazy and said “Ew, really?” “I guess you order what you want”. He didn’t know what toppings were where and completely missed 3+ things I requested but at this time I was ready to leave. The coupon I have was 2 foot longs for $12.99. I ordered a footlong and decided on a 6in to save money and it was originally $19. The clerk rang us up for 2 bottled water too. After he corrected it the total was $16. The prices listed on the menu were cheaper. Seemed like a money maker decision by management. Read moreEvery subway I have entered, the employees greet the incoming customers even during busy times. We are not from here so maybe it's a Jackson thing to not greet the customers. We were not greeted nor were the customers after us. The employees ignored us for about 10 min while they started and completed their online orders and giggled amongst themselves during this time. One of them mentioned that she did not know how to prepare certain items on the menu (yes we had time to be nosey since we were being ignored for so long lol) The food was just as good as any other subway but the workers definitely need some training on basic customer service skills.
