Had an incredible afternoon at T-Ravs! We came hungry and ordered about one of everything, or at least one thing from each category to give it all a try. They were pretty busy for brunch, but luckily had a spot for our group upon walk-in. Our server was very attentive but still gave us all the time we needed to make our game plan. Strap in, this review will be long. tl;dr: Go. It’s delicious and you’ll want everything.

The bruschetta looked pretty and fancy and tasted even better than it looked. The pesto dollop was a nice touch! The loaded cheese bread was a surprise winner with our group- it had roasted peppers, onion and sausage on top and could have been a meal by itself!

The brunch selections were so delicious, especially the breakfast pizza and the biscuits and gravy! We’ll come back for the T-Rav benedict another time.

The T-Ravs. Ohh the T-Ravs. Traditional? Great. 4-Cheese? Wonderful. Specialty Jalapeño Popper? Amazing and not at all too spicy. The favorite from our group was the Buffalo Chicken. Do. Not. Skip. The bbq one is also so good that it sometimes sells out- as it did today before we arrived- so we’ll be back for that again another time too.

Pizza and pasta: the toppings were FRESH, sliced thick, and generously topped a crispy thin crust. The cheese was a blend of provel and mozz, which is my preferred mix. It was cooked to browned perfection and absolutely delicious. Ask for the Hot Honey to add some extra kick! We ordered the pesto pasta after seeing pictures on their social media, and it was also wonderful. The pesto tasted nice and bright, and the dish had just the right amount of cheese and Italian sausage to be perfectly balanced. I wanted to try the lemon linguine, but again, we’ll be back to give that a try another time.

Lastly, desserts: we barely had room, but of course, we soldiered on. The cheesecake and gooey butter t-ravs were so so so good, but the strawberry and blueberry compote/syrup/jam that they were each served with took them both to another level! Couldn’t decide on a favorite, they were both 10/10.

The atmosphere was so comforting and inviting. It was nice to see local sports teams, small families after church, and elderly couples all dining at the same friendly place. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy the patio on a cooler day (that view!!) and again in Fall temps when the heaters are out. The T-Ravs team handled the brunch rush like seasoned champs, and didn’t feel frazzled or stressed- despite our large group and order on a busy afternoon. You’d never know this restaurant hasn’t even been open for 6 months yet! Kudos to the team- you can tell that a lot of love has been poured into this business. We will absolutely be back and can’t wait to see continued...

First time being to T-Ravs and we went late in the afternoon on a Sunday. The place had a clean decor style, looking fresh and updated. Our waitress (Katelyn was on the receipt) was nice, attentive, and took very good care of us. (More about this in a moment...)

We ordered the Big Bella, T-Raditional Ravioli, and the BBQ Ravioli. The Big Bella was full of flavor. The BBQ Ravioli was light, crisp, and not at all greasy. The T-Raditional (traditional) was a different story.

Three of the six raviolis on our first plate of the traditional was cold in the middle. They were crispy on the outside but definitely not hot there either. I discreetly waved our waitress over and let her know. She apologized and told me that she would get us some more.

She promptly returned from the kitchen with 3 more raviolis. I cut the in half to test them. Unfortunately, they were even colder than the first batch. Again, I politely and discreetly waived our waitress over and let her know about the kitchen's error. She apologized again and assured us that she would get it fixed. She came back to let us know that the kitchen was making a fresh batch for us.

When she arrived back to our table with the 3rd plate, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had given us 6 new raviolis with a fresh bowl of marinara. All 6 raviolis were piping hot from the inside out! The bonus was that these had more flavor than the first set.

I was always polite and our waitress mirrored that. I was truly impressed with how well she handled it, especially being that she was young! When she brought our check, they had graciously credited us for the T-Raditional Ravioli plate. We will be back again. I am looking forward to trying more of their dishes. As we were leaving, I admired several plates on other guest's tables that looked delicious (such as the Lasagna and...

Honest review: The location of T-Ravs doesn’t match their price. I would expect a dive bar or a sandwich shop, specifically because of the location. (They are right next to a Rhodes gas station which frankly had better ravioli than T-Ravs ) I was not expecting a highly decorated—high end decorum as I walked in. The decor and clean chic white and black look must have cost a fortune. The tables are squished together to fit as many people as possible. But having someone so close they can touch you as you're eating is not pleasant. Their menu is too pricy for what it is. I ordered the “T-Ravs” their shortened version of a toasted ravioli. (I did not call them that.) I expected them to be excellent for the price. 6 small raviolis were $10. I waited 5min. before I got crunchy, lukewarm pockets that they call ravioli. The insides of the beef ravioli taste like blended mushy meat. Flavorless meat, and dry. The marinara sauce was so salty I only took one bite and couldn’t return. And I like salt. So I decided to try a dessert. $6 tiramisu for a small slice. I could get a small sheet pan for $6 at schnucks. Sure. Again 5 min. and the tiramisu was so frozen my fork couldn’t go through it. I think this place is overhyped, I’m not sure why the reviews look great. I would not recommend or return. Also I did try other things other than the raviolis, I also had a $20+ pizza that I compare to Dominos. Except I can get a dominos pizza for $8. The service by itself was a 1 out of 5. Waiter seemed rush and rude. I asked about what was homemade on the menu, and he was irritable about having to answer. I saw other tables get treated with worse attitude than I received. So overall I was not impressed with the quality,...

The T-Ravs (Toasted Ravioli) were really good. We had the 4-cheese. It's not as dry flavor-wise as it used to be, but still pairs well with the house marinara which boasts a hint of sweetness. My wife also ordered a Pizza (pepperoni). She loves thin crust (I don't) and so she loved the pizza. The crust is crispy and flakey with the same mild marinara used for dipping the T-Ravs. Kids meals come with some tasty battered fries. I stole one off my daughters plate and made a trade for two of my t-ravs. They were worth it, although I'd have preferred they were served with condiments or dusted with seasoned salt. They have coke products and more importantly, they have Mellow Yellow. They do have Ski, a citrus soda I've never tried. The decor is reminiscent of a winery with a bar and sparse decorations. The patio with outdoor seating overlooks a small creek (gorgeous), but it's still visible from inside. In the summer, the roll up doors are opened and the whole restaurant stairs out over the creek. It really helps the atmosphere. Updates: On a recent visit, we got the chance to try the brunch menu which included a Breakfast T-Rav. It was sub-par. Not bad, but not worth eating when other great options exist. It's kinda like an omelette cooked easy inside a T-Rav. I had the opportunity to try the Japaleño Popper T-Ravs. Not great. If you're a fan of cream cheese poppers, you might like this more than me. My wife has since tried the Barbeque Chicken Flatbread and found it to be a delicious low calorie option. It has a drizzle of sweet barbecue sauce on top of a creamy base with chunks of chicken.
