Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

So literally go into store with my and her grandmother to get her a pizza and the staff member that helped us was extremely polite but they have a chalk wall with chalk which there isnt a sign to not drawn on it so my daughter starts to draw with the chalk that is there and shes only 4 so she doesnt know any better and draws on the frosty the snowman photo already drawn there the staff member comes over and informs me that the manager is mad that my daughter drew on there photo and that if she could draw on the empty spots only which causes my daughter to cry thinking she has done something wrong which causes me to be mad and write this complaint cause i think its stupid as hell for a manager of dominos to be mad that their drawing of frosty is upset over something so stupid and if it were so important to them they should have just put a sign up to not draw on the chalk wall and not leave chalk out for them to do so and honestly respect the polite staff member that came over to do his dirty work instead of them just coming over and telling me him/herself so i could tell that as a manager they should have probably put precautions in place like not leaving chalk there for kids to play with or a sign for the adults to understand that its not for kids to play with but i guess dominos just hires idiots who care about doodles on a wall then pissing off costumers and picking on children over doodles then...

If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. The most unprofessional and worst service I have ever received from ANY delivery place in my entire life. The manager straight up hung up on me when I called to get my order sorted out after it did not arrive on time. Tammy, the manager, should be fired immediately and not be allowed to work in the food service industry. Garbage service. Please do not order from this Dominoes. I ordered a simple order or bread twists And a sprite and waited 2 ours and still didn't receive my food. Eventually fell asleep ofc because it was so late. Never heard a knock on my door. Called the next morning after my food was jus left on the cement with bugs all night and was told I couldn't have my food replaced or a refund even though I still had the boxes I wasn't comfortable eating. Worker had attitude when I called n refused to help at all. Over very disappointing. 0 out...
