Well, the online ordering process was fantastic! So easy! There was a spot on there for Group Orders which was exactly what we needed. You receive a percentage off per pizza and the percentage is increased based on the number of pizzas ordered. We ordered 10 pizzas and 5 sodas and received 20% off! Super Deal! Now comes the part that burned out a few stars. The delivery driver shows up angry and loudly complaining (my lobby was full of guests) that he hates such big orders with no advance notice. WTH!?!?!?!? He exclaims that people place these big orders and then call to complain that it took too long or wasn't right! I very politely advised him that I didn't call at all. While I finished taking care of the customer at my counter he continued on and on about how frustrated he and his manager were that we placed such a large order without advance notice. I assured him that I thought the timing of the delivery was completely acceptable and that I was certain he did his very best. He then told me that he was relaying this message on behalf of his manager. I apologized for the "short" notice (even though we placed the order as soon as we all agreed that is what we wanted for dinner.) I didn't bother to tell this driver how I really felt about his behavior. I added a 15% gratuity ($22.26) to the CC receipt, signed it, and gave it back to him with a smile. I placed a late night order to this location at 11:30 pm which is close to when they close but was also notified that the order would be completed if placed before they closed at midnight. At 11:45 pm I received a call saying that my location was too far away and outside of their delivery zone and that the order could not be completed. At 11:48 pm I called back intending to let the employee know I intended to drive to their location to pick up my order since I understood they were not able to deliver. I was left unanswered until 12:01 am when the employee finally picked up the phone to say they were closed. I was treated with no respect or apology and was spoken to very rudely and was told that my order had already been made which made the whole situation worse since if the employee had bothered to pick the phone up at 11:48 pm when I called back I could have picked up the order no problem. He purposefully did not answer until he had deniability to not provide what I ordered and paid for and was willing to drive to pick up. Nothing was offered to make up for this and all he could do was throw excuses at me in a very disrespectful manner. I ordered on the app at 7:13pm ( order #527584) never had a issue with this location nor have I had a issue with the app before but yesterday I order food for me and my family never received the food nor did anyone ever answer the phone when I tired to call . I understand that things happen and they may have been short handed and maybe had to close the store but that needs to be reached to the customers don’t you think and the system took my money if you all are closed why is the system still taking money ???????,, I couldn’t get anyone on the phone last night so I waited until 10 am today and called up to the store the person that answered the phone did not know what she was doing was very argumentative and refused to give me her name and told me to call back at 4 when the store manager Alberto comes in this is not only time consuming but I am the customer I shouldn’t be treated the way I was treated especially when they closed there store because they can’t stay staffed . I’ve worked as a district manager in the food industry if I was not staffed I would definitely let my customers know but I would also go in there and work what ever store I needed to this is so unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
