Hungry Sharks — Restaurant in Jacksonville

It was unbearably hot in the restaurant. I ordered the chicken liver dinner and was told they no longer carry livers as they didn't sell well...yet there it was, prominently displayed on the menu. I chose another order with fries, slaw, and bread. Order arrived and no slaw. I had to ask the lady for some. There was no tartar sauce or seafood sauce brought with the order. Additionally, the menu on the wall said the dinner included a drink. She told me it did not come with a drink. Again, hand written on the menu was stated + drink. Shark's in Sherwood MUCH better than this one. Will not return to...

They have the best sweet tea in the world! I've only had their Philly and it was pretty good. I wished they'd use Hellman's mayo and garlic butter artisan bread and just a tad more meat, but other than that, it was a decent Philly. I'm just spoiled to the ones I had at a run down gas station in Fort Worth TX so my opinion is probably biased. They have great fries and as I go to them for more menu selections, I'll let ya know what I think of those. I remember when they were up there at Heritage and their burgers were AMAZING. This is my first and LAST time coming here. The owner/ cook undercooked my fish and because I wanted some new fish she told me that I was banned from entering her business again, threw my money at me and attacked me on CAMERA. After calling the police She then told them that I could get my money back IF I DELETED the video of the assault. This was Saturday!
