Starbucks — Restaurant in Jacksonville

My wife is in the hospital has been for sometime now... I really only went there because i had to.. the 2 foriegn ladys in the starbucks that are always there are just the rudest people ive had to experience... I only kept going to this starbucks because it was convenient and they had hired a nice young lady with black hair an glasses she was wonderul i think her name was Lauren.she never gave me any trouble. Honestly shes the only reason i continued going there because she truly cared about the work she was doing unlike the other 2 older ladys in the starbucks... but i havent seen lauren recently so i will not bring my money to this...

I’ve always had a good experience until today. I went through the drive thru tonight 7/9/24 and one of the girls took my card & was gone for 3-5 min and I felt really weird about it. She returned & returned my card but I asked for a receipt. I noticed she added $2.00 gratuity without my consent. I am very disappointed. I won’t be returning & I hope she doesn’t continue doing...

It’s so convenient to have a Starbucks inside Baptist South Hospital, so you don’t have to leave the building. I have used this location a couple of times, and they are always great!
