I just walked over to pick up a hot chocolate. I arrived at the same time as three other ladies. We pulled the door and it was locked but there were people inside. We peered in and the workers behind the counter ignored us. We stood there a minute or two and finally a young lady walked over and opened the door to tell us they are short staffed and the lobby was closed. Active duty, training in the building next door for a week so I purchase coffee and lunch every day. I can't get a Large water? even offered to buy it. Staff are friendly and quick considering the foot traffic so this seems more like a management issue. Not to mention, I couldn't imagine anyone coming into this store finessing a large water for their own benefit aside from hydration. Cleanest Starbucks I have ever been to. I have lived in most military bases in California but this branch is a top-notch. Staff is always friendly when I come and my orders always go out on time. Although on my first visit, they accidentally gave me the wrong drink on drive-thru but the manager, Nikki, was super nice and professional when I called the store. She immediately made sure that I get the remake of my drink right away. This branch definitely set up the standards for me and this is why I won't be coming to any other Starbucks. I'll give 100...
