Wow. Impressively terrible. Allow me to walk you through the experience… first we get there and we go to the counter to look on the huge display board menu above the registers, we asked a question about an item menu and informed they “dont do orders here you have to use that kiosk”. oh okay, but how bout that menu item we asked about.. the girl goes and asks and apparently they sell some but not all of the products displayed. Lol. Okay. So we go to the kiosk and theres no complete menu , you gotta go into 50 million folders. Ordering is no longer an event , but a journey you must provide ample time for cause no one is going to assist you in anything. Eventually submitted our order and take a seat at the very first booth, in a dead quite restaurant (im talking maybe two other families) when this employee starts whispering my name im talking WHISPERING, even the librarian would ask this man to speak up, roll her eyes, and walk away. I guess after the fifth time my friend finally heard the whispers, goes and gets the food. Wow. I had the crunch wrap supreme and it tasted like it was all filled with that nasty fake cheese they serve thats good but just not appetizing as a whole meal. Every bite id expect it to have any other ingredient, but it was always a bite drowned in cheese. I never thought id complain about too much cheese, but here we are not finishing our crunchy fake cheese with a quesadilla wrap acting only as a means to get the fake cheese vessel to my mouth. Did it sustain me ? Yes. So ya….. i guess i give out stars for keeping the customer alive...
Read morea hit or miss. especially with the doritos loco taco. i feel like it’s always something. either the shell is completely falling apart bc of their carelessness, the shell is completely stale and not edible, or their lettuce is mushy….or all 3. i used to work here and i know it’s the new GMs doing. this place used to be amazing until he took over. all the higher ups care about is quantity, not quality. you would think after calling his store “the best taco bell around” they would at least use fresh shells & lettuce lol.
update: decided to give this place another try but just got soft tacos. my boyfriend drove up there & picked up our food…right? tell me why i open my bag to a post-it note addressed to my boyfriend saying “yu fine af!” i mean if you’re gonna flirt at least spell correctly lol. called the store & was gaslit by the general manager, Kyle, being told “we don’t have post-its” and “you don’t have the right store” while laughing at me. completely unprofessional, unnecessary, and disgusting behavior. glad i am moving soon and won’t have to go to this one anymore lol. Read moreThis has to be my all time worst experiance ever at any drive-thru. I paid with my debit card and the trainee cashier charged me for my order AND the car behind me. I was lucky enough thst i was sent a notification about charges to my account as i was pulling out of taco bell. I pulled back through the drive thru and showed them my web reciept and ended up talking to 5 different people before 14 minutes later they finally refunded my money in cash. They implied over and over that i was not telling the truth and if wanted a refund i needed to produce a reciept from them not the web. I never got because the reciepts stay on the bags and i never said i got his order only paid for it. This is not the first time this or something like it had happened to me there. The staff are just awful. Really rude and in no hurry to help you with anything. Best bet is to stay away from those idiots and try somewhere else. Its sad because i really like their food but just too much...
