Wise Guys Pizza Cafe — Restaurant in Jacksonville

In the last year this place has lost its touch. I called and ordered my usual and was told by the cashier that they no longer served hamburgers anymore . I was somewhat doubtful if she was telling the truth bc it sounded like I was a inconvenience to her when she picked up the phone. I decided to not get anything and called back the other night. I ordered a lg pepperoni pizza garlic knots and a Cesar salad. The pizza was burnt and it tasted awful. The garlic knots were hard and the Cesar salad looked like my 2 year old granddaughter made it and for $7.00 it was literally enough to fit in my hand. The price should have been $1.50 if that. Way over priced!!!! If I am spending 35$ it will not be here ever again😡Delivery driver was nice he deserved his tip. Get it together y'all. Whomever is answering the phone is ruining your business I'm afraid and the food it's just not pleasant. A year or 2 ago I would have said best place around. Now I'm sorry to say but unless something changes drastically I will eat a frozen pizza from Publix and save a lot of money and it will taste better. Your workers aren't pleasant, they don't want to be there.It clearly shows by the way they answer the phone and by the way the food is prepared😱. Note to management pay attention before they run your business into the ground. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I seriously wasted almost 40$ . I really liked wise guys and I hate to see y'all lose it right before this area is about to boom. Here's hoping you take the hint. Bring back your burgers they were the best...

My mom and I ordered from here on June 8th our total came to $44.16. I originally wanted the MGK but they were out of turkey, tried to order cheese sticks they were out of those too. So I ordered a burger with a side onion rings, garlic knots and Stromboli with pepperoni, mushroom and extra cheese. The burger was dry, tamato was mushy and lettuce was brown. The "garlic" knots were mostly parmesan cheese and butter. The stromboli was not only dry but INCORRECT my mom ordered PEPPERONI, mushroom and EXTRA cheese and received cheese and mushrooms only. When I asked if they could simply just replace the stromboli since it was wrong they said they can either refund the $1.25 that I spent extra for the pepperoni or 20% off our NEXT purchased. With the high food prices, terrible customer service and low quality of the food we got I definitely do not intend to ever eat there again. When I asked if they could just remake the order instead and I'll send back the old one because it was practically inedible they refused. I wouldn't waste my hard earned money on a place like this. You want at least decent food go to pizza hut...

The issue I have with this place is the service and the prices. There's a lady that answers the phone that is super rude. A friend of mine got some fries that were overcooked and dark in color. When she asked if she could get more she was told they would be the same. Why we asked. "Because we just had a big order for 100 wings so the grease is dark" WTH?! First of all WHY are fries being cooked in the same oil as meat, and secondly why not change the oil and give this paying customer better fries? The prices on the wings are ridiculous. It's $10 for 10 drummettes, which equates to just 5 whole wings and no sides or drink comes with it. They also charge extra for sauce with chicken fingers. WHO does that?! How can you possibly serve chicken fingers with NO dipping sauce automatically. That's like charging extra for ketchup when...
